I am an English gentleman from England, and I love these 2 Italian guys as they are real characters and so entertaining and of course so knowledgable regarding good food and wine, and also Italian history. Excellent program.

Considera che in america non solo fanno queste ricette male aggiungendo panna e burro ovunque ma addirittura ci sono piatti pseudo-Italiani che noi non mangeremmo mai manco sotto minaccia armata (ad esempio gli spaghetti al burro con la panna, il pepe, il parmigiano e il pollo bollito tritato dentro o la fantasiosa "parmigiana di pollo" che sono praticamente cotolette di pollo ricoperte di sugo al pomodoro e formaggio gratuggiato.....).

Un italiano sa comunque, anzi deve saper distinguere l'originalità di una ricetta quindi ci sta anche la critica sulla scelta di alcuni ingredienti.
