    And for the workout: Proof again that low impact doesn't have to mean low intensity 😁That was quite a good sweat! 💪Love the RL/GL format, really keeps things interesting! And I might wanna try & do more workouts with those longer strength intervals!

      This is not a pregnancy workout, but that doesn't mean that it can't be done while pregnant. This workout is rated a 4 due to higher intensity low-impact cardio and longer intervals overall.

    I don't wanna be taken for an arse, but the level four raises my eye brow. I am ambitious about maintaining strength and stamina. Accustomed to trainer Tasha's level four workouts, which wring me with sweat, I struggle to understand why this is level four. I did not see her lift any weight heavier than maybe 20lbs. And the cardio looks very calm.
    This is the rare instance when I question the difficulty rating. But I mustn't complain; this one is gratis.

      @@valerie4912 We will need to agree to disagree. I saw nothing in the workout, which I would rate as either high intensity, or strenuous. As I went through it, I kept scratching my head, wondering "what am I missing"?
      As long as the workout satisfied most everyone else I suppose that that's the priority.
