I don't wanna be taken for an arse, but the level four raises my eye brow. I am ambitious about maintaining strength and stamina. Accustomed to trainer Tasha's level four workouts, which wring me with sweat, I struggle to understand why this is level four. I did not see her lift any weight heavier than maybe 20lbs. And the cardio looks very calm. This is the rare instance when I question the difficulty rating. But I mustn't complain; this one is gratis.

As I went through it, I kept scratching my head, wondering "what am I missing"? As long as the workout satisfied most everyone else I suppose that that's the priority.
