    Woo hoo! I love Daniel and Kelly and have been working out with them at home for years, 5 to 6 days a week. I am 70. Just finished this whole workout! (NO light weights or 'senior moves'!!! Love this Amanda! Thank you!

    My first thought was she's a physical therapist - it will be easy. NOT! My fingers are trembling trying to type this. Absolutely LOVE the physical therapy/form techniques and comments throughout!! Helps me know I'm not hurting myself or having poor form.

    OH I LOVE Amanda!! Thank you for bringing such lovely, fun motivating women onto your team. Tasha is fantastic as well such great energy and can I just say it's so refreshing to have women that look like women should if that makes sense and looking as natural as they do not all done up and wearing hardly any clothes - just my opinion. Thank you FB and team, I have been doing your workouts since the VERY beginning - wow long time ago and so happy for your success! God bless!

    This workout was challenging and I was sooo sore the next few days! Repeating again after a week, and going to keep at it to get stronger muscles!

    I love this! I’ve been needing to up my weights because although I was doing the workouts, my arms were not tired enough for the work yall were dishing. Today I got some new, heavier weights… and HONEY my arms are burning!!!! Excellent! Loved it!

    This was my first full blown upper body workout in 2 years. I'm still recovering from a bad case of DDD (degenerative disc disease) where I still get shooting pains in my right hip and leg numbness so I'm starting from scratch, rebuilding my strength and WHOA! This familiar feeling was awesome and kicked my butt. Thanks FB!

    Great workout! I started with 15lb db and had to go down to 8lbs haha! That was tough but it felt really good. This is my first workout after taking last week off. I will call it a good start.

    Loved this routine! I challenged myself to use slightly heavier weights and had to change for the pulses but I loved it! Thank you so much Dr. for this fun and challenging workout.

    This was the right level of upper body challenging. Especially the Deltoid Raises at 28:48.
    It's like Kelli's killer "Lat Raise + Cross" but cut in half so your arms don't scream at you (as much).

    Thank you for this, Amanda. I enjoyed it, it was challenging, and I like how we get a different perspective on how to hold our body correctly during a movement, like tucking the ribs in, elongating the neck, and having the shoulder blades lead. I would have liked a little more advice on the relative size of the weights for each exercise, just as a starting reference for myself and perhaps other beginners. Also, I forgot how much weight I was carrying for the row by the time we got to the other side. Looking forward to more from you.

    I like Amanda 🙂 I think that was the best form tips I've gotten in a strength training video. I never felt more sturdy and relaxed. Made me feel like a pro, lol.

    Thank you for a brand new workout!!
    I always like to try something new, and this workout was perfect!
    The only real glitch was when I had to stop during the deltoid raises. I guess weaker than I thought. I only have 10# dumbbells, so I thought I’d be able to handle it - but I know my limits.

    Thank you for this workout. The first time I did this I was nice and sore the next day and did it again this week and already know that I challenged myself even more! I appreciate your expertise and background as a DPT Amanda! You give good stabilization cues throughout and do a wonderful job helping us tune into the targeted muscles with each exercise!       AND! Thank you for dressing modestly... then I can do this workout at home with my kids home (sometimes my kids join me too) and not worry about protecting their eyes from immodest outfits! I don't do workout with the mid section showing.

    This is my second time doing this and its such a great workout. Those pulses really make it deceivingly difficult lol. And it's nice to switch it up a lil bit from doing full reps all the time. Definitely throwing this one into my regular rotation! Love your chill energy and appreciate how you kept it real throughout the whole workout lol, it's so much easier to go through the torture when I can see you're working hard too! That's why I love FB so much and it's so cool to see newer trainers on here keeping the same vibe!

    This was a great w/o .. I loved that it was different than a “traditional” w/o where only full range of motion exercises are utilized .. having the pulses challenged the upper body muscle groups in a different way. Thank you!

    You bring a different perspective to this. Welcome and thank you! Everyone has covered it in the comments… the pulses are killers, would love to know your weights. How does supination help the muscle or enhance the exercise I wonder. Never heard that word in a sentence before. Loved the swan dives in the warm up too!

      Hi Lizette, Supination refers to rotating your forearm so that your palm faces upward. It's a quick way to give direction. A supination curl will activate the upper arm at a different angle from a traditional curl. If you have the standard bicep curl down, it's a great exercise to add since you get more contraction at the peak of the movement. If you workout your arms regularly, changing up your curls is optimal for development.

    Great video! Don't know how long you've been with Fitness Blender but this is my first time trying one of your videos and I really liked it. I love how you talk through the routine, keeps my mind off it! The only thing I would change is I really like it when, if there's an exercise like the row that's one side only, we repeat on the other side right after. Otherwise I feel uneven lol! But yeah, really liked the video, thank you so much!

    This is a hard workout, when you're out of shape. Yet, it's a great one at the same time.
