Start doing this workout every day in the mornings when I wake up just still in bed. And so far I completed it 5 days in the row and I already see result, my jeans are loose on the waist. I still don't see any abs yet, but will continue this routine for 1month. Will update after that.

I love your channel and workouts, however I’m very confused since I don’t know which workouts to follow because there are so many. Which two workouts would you say I should follow and use, to grow my butt and get a snatched/small waist?

I found her Booty program she sells on her website very useful because it gives you exactly what to do and it is an actual program. It’s good if you like to progress from no equipment individual workouts. But for the start, I recommend, maybe find a workout that you like and do it for 2 weeks. Then to progress, add another workout to it so the length of your training increases. If you feel like you need to start adding weights, check her programs because they go from beginner level with weights and they made a big difference to me. Goodluck ☺️☺️

To get a flat stomach, you have to lose overall body fat. For that to happen, you have to be in a calorie deficit (eating less than you burn). Ideally, you should be eating as much protein, healthy fats and carbs, if you want to see fast results 🤧

Regarding abs.. i just do her new videos and I train abs 3x a week and it feels enough for me
