    I’m 84 and typically get 4 hrs sleep per night. Not good. I’ll definitely do this. Thanks, doc! ❤️

      I'm 53 and usually get between 5 to 6 hours of sleep. Not very much better.

      I have decided I must be an android, from little on, I have not slept . Young, it was onlu stressful to parents;) Sleep studies, fitbit...all sho I am asleep 0 to 45min. I have tried the military pilot trchnique, another pressure point way, Dr. M. posted few yrs ago... so shall try this too. Let me know, if works for you too. I know , all to well, all the things lack of sleep are true

      You do not have to be worried, sleeping less when you get older is a natural thing :)

      By fit bit and sleep study, I average 45 min slp total a night. They have joked since I was 2, part android. Wisj, I would not have all these free radicals;) O will for sure look at this suggestion. So happy to know tho, can make to 80 and 90s:) i have never had a cup of coffee

      Has anyone here went for a sleep test??? I had one and found out I had sleep apnea, my sleep was terrible, I was having 78 events per hour, so I was prescribed a CPAP, once I started using the CPAP, I started to sleep alot better! The CPAP helps you fall asleep and stay asleep,.now I get average of 7 to 9 hours sleep every night

    Incredible. I wasn't ready for bed yet. It's early and I was about to eat dinner. But I started to do these acupuncture steps... I can't get out of bed. So relaxed I'm feeling. OMG! I feel in a cloud. That's how I feel!!💎💗🙏

    As I pressed below the thumb joint I felt a tingling in the back of my head. As I pressed on the top of my thumb the tingling moved up to the top of my head. My eyes started watering. My jaw was locked with tension. I'm a tooth grinder for over 9 years. TMJ issues as a result of that. For the first time in a long time my jaw is relaxed. My head feels light and I'm ready for sleep. I feel confident that tonight, for the first time in a long time also, sleep will come quickly. Thank you so much Dr. Mandell. You have helped me so much with so many of your videos. You're a true blessing. I'm almost crying here with the relief. If karma is real then you have so many blessings coming to you for all the help you so freely give to others. So many of us would be lost without you 💚

    Love reflexology - so fascinating. Thank you for the upload. I tried it and I did feel relaxed and it put me in a mode for deep breathing. I'm sure it will be helpful when I'm laying awake trying to get back to sleep.

    Anyone wondering if this works? 😴😴
    Oops! That's how quickly I have found it to work... most times.
    At other times I just to switch hands, relax my eyes and entire body.
    And yes, there are those other times when I am overthinking. At those times I do mindful breathing and before I know it I am in dreamland.
    Just do it!

    WOW Dr. Mandell, where do you get all these great tips for health and wellness. Whenever I ask my doctor about for instance vitamin k2 she looks at my like I have two heads and said that she doesn't recommend those injections, I'm like what? ?? Injections? Then she changes the subject. I feel like that I know more than she does about different supplements. I asked and she nor my pharmacist never heard of Chanca Piedra which I take maybe a couple times a week.
