    Tapping was one of many modalities I used when fighting a rare, aggressive cancer for which I was given 12 to 18 months to live....11 years ago. I had surgery but no chemo or radiation. I would not have thought tapping would do anything, but it does. I thank God for every day i am here.

      I have done Yoga stretching for 40 years, guit the floor stuff 15 yrs ago to practice Qigong - (my favorite exercise ever) a Chinese health modality. I use homeopathy and herbs for health challenges. I do get yearly check ups which help me deal with imbalances. I chose to research health and question western medicine.     Since my husband died from covid and my son abandoned me, I had an emotional breakdown and was diagnosed with Severe PTSD. for some reason 2.5 years after my grief and trauma, the severe anxiety and panic attacks came back with a vengeance. Just last night I was thinking of going to the e.r. because I felt so out of control and afraid. I came upon your video. I did the tapping method 2 times and did some deep breathing. Miracle of miracles, I actually felt my body relax and the racing thoughts subsided. I was beside myself with joy and relief. I wept with joy. I had been in a constant state of anxiety and panic for 2 weeks and I don't know how it got so out of control. I had been having thoughts and memories lately of my beloved husband and had got into a period of grief and crying late at night. Bless you. Thank you. It's amazing how this works and so quickly.       OMG!!! Me, too! When I start yawning, I know the tapping is doing something. I feel more positive and more awake and less stressed after every yawn. I guess the Eastern medicine practitioners would say I'm releasing my energy blockages and that the healthy, powerful, healing, positive chi (or qi) is now finding its way and flowing freely. I yawn, too, and you're the first I've seen report doing that, too! You're doing it! Congrat-chi-lations!

    Sir, there are doctors, and there are physicians. But you sir, are a *healer.* I make that distinction because someone can go to various schools and become a physician, with "doctor" before their name. But you took education and didn't stop there. You've taken the entire being into consideration. Thank you, because doctors and physicians make people pay for the benefit of their education. Healers take education and add the education of different cultures. This is a clumsy explanation, but you do what you do, so well, and the information is here for free. You are truly a healer, because you care about humans, period. And I don't think you get half of the recognition and reward deserve. Thank you sir.       For my stomach issues, I go up 2-4 inches above my kneecap then over 2-4 inches to the outside of each leg and TAP AWAY. I use the knuckles in my fist to do this deeply. I told and showed my Dr this and he really didn't have a Comment to say about it but I told him yeah I may look crazy at times but it helps me

      Totally agree. I am a nurse and seen how money has ruined the healing profession. Too many people enter the profession for the wrong reasons of may start the profession with good intentions but forget why they wanted you to be in the profession and chase money are will put money over the welfare of their patients. An example of this is an occupational doctor who assessed me for a state owned insurance company regarding my pain issues and spinal injury. My life has been hell and I am in constant pain and very unwell. His assessment was full of lies, in order to protect the insurance company, they stopped my payments. I had to go and get medical evidence at my own expense to prove that what I was stating was the truth and my payments were re stated. It’s criminal and because of him I now have been denied medical treatment which could help me get some quality of life back. It’s so sad. As a healer my intentions are pure and at any opportunity of I can help another person I will

    Tapping is a life saver for me. As I tap the points I say - I will release my stress today-I am empowered- I am strong- I am loved- Although I get anxious-Although I have pain- I choose to relax - and I love and accept myself- I am relaxed and will have a wonderful day! I do this for about 5 minutes every morning. If I can’t sleep I do it in bed and at the end I say I am relaxing and will go to sleep. Thank you for your great demonstration. Everyone should try it. It works!!!

      Breathing exercises frustrate me so much but while doing the I find my breath naturally slowing and deepening a bit... if nothing else, it distracts me from my problems for a while and that's a plus for sure!

    I started tapping tapping in Dec 2021. Since then, I've let go of 61 lbs and become less stressed, been able to exercise at PF gym 4x weekly, have a great place to volunteer my skills, time 4x a week.

      @juliaandrewjuju I found through tapping innate ability to change my eating and I love the endorphins from exercise. It wasn't sudden - it's a life-long journey. I had always sought quick fixes. Tapping opened up a neuro pathway to patience and pragmatic reasoning I had not possessed before tapping.

    I have worked in western Health Care system for many years and found it to be lacking to maintain overall good health. As I grew older myself, I decided to try other health modalities and discovered the wonderful world of facial tapping and massaging areas to release lymph in the body only recently. Your videos encouraged my further exploration into alternatives to the areas of maintaining health that western medicine often lacks. Even my mother combatted cancer with alternative medicine techniques where her western doctors gave her no hope and pronounced a death sentence. This was when I was a teenager. She lived 30 more years! Thank you for opening the eyes and minds to alternatives and giving us the knowledge to effectively manage our own health.

    I started tapping about 3 weeks ago because I was having trouble sleeping and that was causing anxiety happy to say tapping has helped tremendously with the anxiety and to some extent also has helped with my insomnia, which im still working on. I wish everyone the very best.

    After the breath - tears came to my eyes.....I’m 70 and a caregiver for the narcissist 91 yo father. I also have to work FT ( fast paced- in freezer - standing for 9 hrs ) to help keep the house..... I never expected this turnout, all I wanted was to retire & travel with a dog - in my suv.

    Thank you for this video! Such an important technique to spread the word about. I started tapping 15 years ago and it has helped me deal with… Everything. I have been able to deal positively with childhood issues I’ve carried into adulthood, with grief during and after my father‘s battle with Alzheimer’s, as well as various pains, stresses, and anxiety. I find it helps on the first round of tapping to assign a number to the level I feel my condition is. When I am through and take a deep breath, I assess where that number is now. If it is not lower than a two, I do another round of tapping with the new number and keep going until it is very low or gone. Then I proceeded to do a round or two with positive statements. I try to be a specific as possible… If something has many facets, I tap for each facet. It’s an ongoing process. If something I am tapping about brings tears, I tap through the tears. This has been amazingly helpful to me.

    I'm a chronic anxiety sufferer and have been having panic attacks for 23 years now. As I was starting to get into that restless irritation and discomfort, I decided to do the tapping. I can't believe it actually worked!!! And I'm someone who's been on various meds throughout the years, in and out of therapy... so I reckoned nothing this 'simple' could work on me, but here we are and I'm so grateful, Dr. Mandell!! :D

      Another technique your husband could try for anxiety attacks is to squeeze the inside part of his thumb, the fleshy part, it doesn't matter which one, he could try it with both maybe. I used to suffer anxiety attacks years ago and this is what I did and it helped a lot. God Bless.

    I've been doing this exercise with you for several days now.I feel so relaxed and calm every time I do, and sleepy! I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the hallmark of CFS is insomnia. You can't sleep enough for your body to regenerate the energy so essential to life. CHF isn't just tire, it's exhaustion of the body AND mind. It's obvious that you have studied how to help the helpless. That includes people like myself that have tried to get help only to be told that we're crazy.I even had one doctor that I took my son to that I was a nut and I was making my son into a nut Fortunately I found a great allergist, then a Candida doc, and a really good. immunologist. Your videos are so helpful to people like me. I began life with being allergic to cow's milk, and have always had health problems. It's so nice that there are doctors that are also Healers, and are willing to study what they can do to help their patients. Thanks, Doc!

    I started tapping a few months ago but didn't read the benefits as i as didn't want any preconceived ideas. After two weeks i noticed my arthritic knees were less painful. A week later i no longer needed my crutch. It was only then i thought to check on the benefits and was amazed to find how it can help so many conditions. Needless to say i have been tapping away merrily ever since and will tell anyone who will listen but unfortunately not many will even try it!!

      If you're feeling tired then I recommend a lemon including the rind (full thing) and some cut up fresh ginger in the morning. Blend them together, add a bit of tumeric if you have it and drink it all. It's helped my energy levels no end. I hope it helps you if you try it friend 🤜

    Yes, this is great stuff. Same basic idea as the Emotional Freedom Techique EFT that my reflexoloigist taught me. Most of the pressure points are the same but EFT involves verbally repeating a mantra.
    Great ancient wisdom, feeling relaxed with no nasty side effects. Beats alcohol or drugs any day.

    Thank you for the reminder to use this powerful healing modality. Was introduced to it about a decade ago and it was a tool a practitioner used on my brother who was in a coma and had 2% chance of waking up for his type of injury.     Thank you for offering this healing modality. My first encounter with EFT was with a counselor after I had ruled out strep with a test. I had swollen glands in neck. 5 minutes into the practice, my glands stopped throbbing and within an hour the glands drained. I was holding on to an emotional situation and addressing this healed me. I cannot imagine a day without tapping. I am very stresssed with preparing a home for renovation and NOW I feel so relaxed and ready to meet the challenge.     This grandmother fell and broke my back in several places, compression fracture L1, going on four months ago.

    Poster girl for internalizing stress....diet also...I sing with friends...walk dogs...cook for friend...etc...try doing stuff for others or at least cheering someone up...that takes us out of ourselves...
    You can do it!!!!

    I can't thank you enough for making this channel and sharing with us the best health advice I have found in years. Just as soo as I try out your tips and exercises I instantly feel better. You are doing what doctors are suppose to do which is to help people feel better and healthy. most doctors in the west just run straight to medications which seem to do more damage than good.     My body feels so relaxed and tranquil and I start to yawn. I just want to lay down and sleep. This is TRULY great for me. Thank you Dr. Mandell you are a great blessing to so many people.

    Wow! I followed along and I feel wide awake as if all the lights turned on after a good sleep. I feel the difference, because my issue is I feel sluggish and have brain fog most times, as the effect of a mild stroke 7 years ago. I will do this regularly now. Thank you for posting this!

    Youre a miracle doc Mendel, im suffering UTI and anxiety. I got lower back pain, legs and pelvic pain and over thinking. I did this twice and it lessen the pain. I will include this on my daily routine.

    I must say, I love the way you end your videos, compared to so many others.
    I use prayer and in bad moments it helps to focus on some small item such as the miracle of a blade of grass. Getting focus away from self and, realizing it's God's will that we have struggles now in order to grow our characters, really helps so much.

    This is so much easier than any other videos I’ve watched. Those other ones made me afraid to try. But I’m making my second load today because the first one’s gone. Thank you for this video!
