Or at the toilet, due to all the teas Dr Mandell recommends that we drink for this, that, and the other. I mean, I'm now drinking 37 different cups of tea everyday; to wake me up after rising, to relax while driving, to aid digestion, to stimulate oxytocin to help relate to boring work colleagues, to dampen inflammation, to help detox, to lower blood sugar, to aid memory, to aid circulation, to aid rejuvenation, to protect my cardio system, to quiet my parasympathetic system, to keep my testosterone at peak level and me wife happy, etc. Oh yeah, to maintain a healthy bladder and kidneys... etc, etc, etc.
I am suffering from two things - one - prostate problems, two my ankles are swelling up. That is what keeps me awake. My doctor can only do so much as I DONT want surgery. SO - I will try this. Thank you and hope it works.
There’s alot of root cause solutions on TH-cam that doctors don’t address because they don’t expect patients to change their lifestyle and medical schools are funded by the pharmaceutical industry. I’m wishing you all the best health.
Prostate problems? Not a big deal. This doctor and Dr. Eric Berg have the solutions to most our problems. Check their other videos out. You might say good bye to the doctor. 🙂 Best wishes.
Being physicly exhausted makes it kinda hard to sleep, tbh. I've ran a lot of marathons and I always avoid doing it at the evening, because sleeping becomes nearly impossible. There is a "afterburn" effect after high intensity physical stuff and your body heats up, which makes it really hard to sleep. Being mentally exhausted is something else tho

Ask a doctor or psychiatrist because I have seen an amputee taking some medicine and I asked him about itand he said 'it stops me from dreaming' so there's probably something out there. Good luck.
Exposure therapy would be very helpful about the nightmares. However it must be done by professional ( trauma psychotherapist or PTSD therapist that specifically specializes in PTSD. Regular therapist wouldn't be able to assist. ) Exposure therapy is great but the therapist must be trained in traumas otherwise the person can be triggered severely and with no good co sequence. I am sure the army can provide those type of specialists or outside the army. Pills would not help as pills will calm the conscious mind but in the subconscious mind the events will be running 24/7 just below the conscious threshold and the person wouldn't be aware of this subconscious battle. Hypnotherapy is also hopeful and to my knowledge veterinarians are covered by insurance for Hypnotherapy. Good luck! ❤

the reason why service members could fall asleep fast anytime anywhere is cuz we're tire all the time, imagine wake up early to meet the your platoon at 0630 in the morning for a workout till 0730 then work from 9am to 5pm if your lucky. On top of all that you have to do online courses that vary between 1-4hrs, so by the time you go to sleep your getting 5-7 hrs of sleep mon-fri and if your a leader 6hrs of sleep tops. We may not be physically tired but we're mentally tired and could use a break every 45-60 days.
