I had a similar issue back in 2014 where sitting down was painful. Only when I started yoga at my local gym did the pain give immediate relief only to return after a few hours. Over a period of time after doing yoga, pilates and weights, did my pain eventually disappear altogether.
I thought I was flexible having practiced stretching all my life .. your grace and your kindness determined me to rediscover my body at 60 years old. I laugh a lot on my own to fall on the ground.regularly trying to find the balance ..I think I will soon be able to register for your program because it seems to me so rich and relevant. Thanks 🙏

The way you teach yoga is particularly healing & accessable for me. When i first saw your classes, I (wrongly) thought, with everything about you & your videos being so perfect, that it might not be for mere mortals. But your clam voice, (that my aging ears can actually hear clearly), your peaceful demeanor, lack of ego or stridency in your directions and the self education you have obviously dedicated yourself to, have been a gift that keeps my body fluid & my head clear. Hi, I love your videos. I am at my 45 th year. So far I have not practiced any yoga. I was not able to sit cross legged. After doing yoga with you for about 2 months, my body became so flexible n now I am able to sit on the floor for an hour. Thank you so much. I was going nutz these last few days, and decided on this yoga video. I worked up a good glow and loved the transitions. Breathing reminders are wonderful. I am 68 and struggling for years with piriformus, psoas and flexor problems. Balance and stability w aging. I am proud of myself for completing class. Perfect. Thank you. Only slightly modifying. :)

It's so good to look back and see the incremental positive changes - not just feeling good emotionally and physically but knowing I've built this healthy habit. This is my favorite video of yours so far. I loved the sort of half bicycle crunch done seated at the beginning. That stretched out things in my side that haven't been stretched in so long. And I love the bridge to extended leg move that was so unique...you are so creative and a body mechanics genius, thank you!
