      @@bohobeautiful Could you reconsider the outro where you say "AS YOU ROLLL UP YOUR MAT.....SUBSCRIBE TO OUR CHANNEL" to put that message at the start of the practice instead? The recent videos always have an ending that jerks me up from the relaxation that your yoga practice has provided. You have often encouraged us to stay on the mat if we want to but whenever that loud outro comes on and interjects the peaceful background music, I felt all prior efforts in getting my heart rate to a resting state were wasted.

    I stopped doing yoga as much as I once did… I realized with doing cardio and lifting my body was actually less in shape than when I did yoga with cardio. I definitely needed this class to get me back into a regular yoga routine! Thank you 💗🌻

      Same with me I did yoga and stopped. At one point I just didn't really felt connected to my body anymore , so I stopped cardio and lifting. Then I took a break from working out but now I wanna start doing yoga again as I think I need to feel my body moving again. :) So I'm glad I'm here again.

      Same here.... I have this strange almost love/'hate' relationship with yoga. I do it regularly for a year or so and love it then suddenly stop and do other forms of exercise. But eventually my mind and body draw me back to it instinctively. I sometimes almost wonder if it is a self sabotage thing that when I'm starting to really progress and do well I give up. Oh well lessons to learn and good to be back 🙂 although I am soooo stiff and inflexible now. Yikes.

      I think fitness is strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility so I personally do yoga as part of this mix. Love my kettlebells too.

    Julia - I've been doing your yoga videos daily for over 4 years. It is an integral part of my daily routine. I alternate between slow, short warm up classes and longer, more work-out oriented classes. Last summer my sister-in-law introduced me to yoga through Peloton. The classes were 45 minute long and I left feeling rejuvenated -- like I'd left something on the mat and increased my strength. I did a handful of classes with her through Peloton, but then went back to you. I love your vibe. I love the spiritual energy present in your classes that I don't seem to find elsewhere. I've often thought about joiining an in-person membership locally, but I truly feel connected to your teachings and in-person classes always disappoint in comparison.
    That being said, for the past 6 months I've been wanting more. Longer, more work-out oriented classes with yoga at the core. I do a lot of your yoga work outs but I have to combine them with a 5 or 10 minute warm up and then I usually end with a 5 or 10 minute arm workout. Essentially pieces the videos together. This video today was everything I've been wanting from Boho Beautiful and so much more. The spirituality, mindfulness, core yoga practices which stretch my body and connect me to my soul PLUS a workout that leaves me feeling like I left it all on the mat. No other cardio or strength training necessary. This is the full deal.
    Thank you so much for this incredible workout. The length is perfect. The sequence. The slow mindfulness at the beginning. Please continue to make more content like this as I find if very valuable. All my love and support!

    Best practices for when I stressed out and when my mine none stop turning. My sweat make my eyes couldn’t open. Feeling awesome now. I think today it also has fixed my whole backside muscle because my dislocation jaw that coasted. Practice with you since 2017 the first day of April. I have so much appreciation to you.     This is my favourite flow, I’ve done it many times and today my body felt truly in tune with the flow, I’m in my 50s and by doing yoga daily I feel stronger and more flexible than I was in my 20s.     Please do more of these! I love longer videos 30-50 minutes or an hour. I find your videos challenging and very helpful in my journey of mastering my body.
