@@kylekeast The black plastic part wouldn't be used at all with a TT spoiler. Kuruma Z sells a fiberglass OEM reproduction wing that covers where the strip would go, but then they'd have to find an OEM third brake light assembly... and those are like $350+ used
That 3rd brake light panel is notoriously easy to break. Your best bet is to get a Twin Z spoiler. It will cover that panel and looks so much better. Then you can either paint that part of the spoiler black or get a vinyl sticker to cover that section.
wingless is my vote for the 300zx, I had one that was wingless and I think it looks best without one. Those Wheels are amazing and perfect for the 300zx, glad you guys are giving Motegi the love they deserve, they make fantastic rims and they have some solid lightweight models at a good price that doesn't break the bank.
If you get a new one of those pieces Ricky broke, PPF it on both sides and let it cure before you install it. This way it should have some strength to it for install and just normal wear and tear in the future. Especially with sun exposure.

I’m 20 years old currently an apprentice at a shop, learning a lot but also stressful and definitely not easy work but I love cars and have a true passion for it the way you guys do . My dream is to literally do what you guys do . 🙏🏼 hopefully I can get to that stage where I can build cars peacefully at my own hobby shop
300zx has always been the better car just went under the radar. Its well know in the Z32 world this car was placed in top 10 best sports car in Car and Driver for every year it was sold in the US. Something RX7 and the Supra cant say.

100 % add the wing. I grew up in Peoria Illinois and we had a Nissan dealership on Main Street and every one of them had the wings on them when I was growing up maybe one of them didn't have them for the old guys with the New Balance shoes on who bought them

The car is starting to look awesome! However, I’m not a big fan on the aggressive negative wheel setup. To each their own!

For me the 300ZX has never been on the level of the 90's icons (RX7, Supra, NSX, etc..) but this sure has come together nicely. Well done.
