This might be my favorite build by y'all to date. The level of perfection y'all took with this one just hit right. Perfect color, motor, wheels, stance, seats, etc. I'm always the guy that can find at least one thing in every car build I see that I would have done differently. This one is perfect.
I loved watching the construction of the 300ZX; it reminded me of my grandfather. He had one parked in his garage. When I was about 16 years old (2005), I asked him if he could sell it to me, and he said yes, for about $2000, an unimaginable amount for a 16-year-old. I started working every vacation to save money to buy it. I remember that every time I went to visit him, I used to get the car keys to go inside and spend hours looking at every part in detail and imagining driving it. We would go out and drive it from time to time, and those were my favorite days of my life. It was just my grandfather, the car, and me. One day, years later, my grandfather had to sell it because he got sick and needed money. My surprise was to arrive as usual to see the car and find out that he had sold it to a "trusted person" who would give him part of the money and, according to their agreement, the rest later. The person never finished paying for the car, and we never heard from it again. He sold it to someone else in another state. Now that I have money, I want more than ever to buy a 300ZX. My grandfather passed away a couple of months ago from a heart attack, and nothing would make me happier than having a car that makes me feel close to him. one day
Found your channel about 8-10 months ago with a video of this car. Great to see it come this far. Looks stunning and mechanically pleasing how everything has been presented
Watching this build, especially the last few videos of getting the engine started and ready to tune has re-ignited my interest in getting my sr20 running in my s13 coupe. Been sitting in the garage for way too long. Fantastic build guys!
OMG this is the most beautiful 300ZX i've ever seen. What a build up from scratch to this perfection. Amazing work guys!!! P.S I have an idea for you to fix the small dent on top of the throttle body extension tube. Cut out a small plate from 2mm aluminium sheet and have the Throtl logo laser engraved on it, which you can then attach over the dent.
This makes me so happy. I remember when the Throtl boys first picked this car up and were questioning if they should even try to save it. The end result speaks for itself... great work gents!
Single handedly the baddest 300zx on the planet rn i wish i could see this in person let alone own this beautiful machine yall worked so hard on unfortunately at the bottom of the world in need zealand been watching the whole build come into fruition you guys have done an amazing job 💙 Takes me back to memory lane when i was a lil youngin my dad had one of these and unfortunately my uncle wrecked it 😢 this is exactly how i would want a 300 to be awesome awesome work guys!!! Amazing!!
20:30 you can touch the ground between the engine and radiator with the VG30. Technically an I4 is longer than a V6. I4 being 4cyl long and V6 is about 3.5cyl long.
I love this stuff. I need to find a shop like this to work at. It’s my dream. It’s a shame it’s so hard to find them. Love the content. Been binging videos for weeks. Favorite so far is the first one I watched. The new body BRZ.
Not hatin, but I’ve been looking at those seats for my S13, and they are the cheapest sparco seats you can get. That being said, they look very comfortable and look great for someone who doesn’t need a racing bucket, just a good street seat. Nice to see they fit the z chassis well.
Lol I love the editing oops when showing the steering wheel install and horn button choice the door panel is already on. Then the next clip is showing how to install the door panel and...wait a second... the steering wheel is now gone lol. Just busting balls lol I found it funny. Good job though guys she's a beaut!!
My step dad has a yellow 300 zx it has no engine or interior and the engine that’s going in is from a r33 skyline and he is putting in a huge turbo and red and white springs.
Evan: We're going to make this part look good! Also Evan: clamps the vise on the most visible spot on the part and dents it Classic Evan. Joking aside, this build is so good.
After watching a ton of your videos throughout the years, I really wonder what you guys would be capable of doing with my ‘06 supercharged SS Chevy Cobalt.
Plz dont let anything destroy yall Chanel I can say with confidence we dont want What happen to *Donut *Car throttle To happen to yall much love to everyone in throt Rebuild the neon with a wide body kit 😂
@@incarsus VG30 doesn’t blow up. Cast iron block with forged internals. Never heard of a VG? You may have mistakes it with a VQ Aluminum block with oil consumption problems.
Where would I be able to learn how to do to this kinda stuff with cars am 13 and this is what I wanna do in the future and the 300zx is the car that I want when am older

came here to say the same, perfection is not a word to be thrown around but damn this car is like the definition of it😂
definitely fav build so far. always wnated a 300zx tt
Lmao I second that notion but hear me out…. The rims 😅 I’m not a chrome guy. Matte Gun powder would’ve been my choice of color
Yeah it's sick. I'm no jdm fanboi but it just looks so good. Way more interesting that newer cars bolt ons

I haven't always been a big fan of the 300zx look but man this got to be the best, cleanest looking one ever. Awesome job guys. Love the build.
I'ma do it again and ask for saab as a future build 😂😂😂. I won't give up. But you guys did such an amazing job with this build truly.
Cleanest 300z i've ever seen on the internet and in person (imagining). You boys brought your talents to a new level and we love to see it.

This is right up there with the FREK as one of my favorite builds on this channel. Wroth the wait and well done guys!

Paint matched shift knob would look good like the horn button but y’all are killing it fav build for sure

Knob is fine. Those seats are terrible though
well this is proof that we can't make everyone happy ... lol

Those Sparcos look like they provide Lazy Boy levels of comfort 👌
We need a shift Nob Blue too 🔵💙
Maybe the Throtl guys could pay a visit to Toyota and show them how to make the new i-FORCE 3.4-liter Twin-Turbo V6 reliable.
Do what wasn't broke and put a v8 back in it.

Looks sick. I just want to know if you guys are going to put a small wing ??? 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The 280 300 350 are my fav z's great looking cars I'm normally a all black but the blue is working
Greetings from Puerto Rico guys, you do a great job 💪🔥🔥
wish the engine cover was silver rather than orange to match the turbo and manifold, but it is what it is i guess, still looks good
“Everything in the interior is blue and black to match the whole car” -Ricky 5 secs before putting in a white shift knob 😂
Always love the energy with these guys!! So high, so much passion 🤘🤘🤘
Martin Gallego would be proud of those weld beads. Sick!!!

Amazing Job from everyone like Always. Throtl #1
No blue shift knob 😔 hell black would be better than white 😔Z still awesome 😎
This top 5 is one of my favorite throtl builds.

I recommend a twinZ type III wing
The dent in the intake pipe gives it character, its good for it!
That engine compartment looking good
This team amzing hard work always keep it rolling guyz 👍
Weld a Throtl tag over the dent in the "Throttle" spacer tube lol
The Dent Stays... The Dent Stays... 🤣 Man that has to be the hottest 300 I have ever seen... Amazeballz.

Would love to buy a pair for my suzuki swift
Is the SR20 build on it like the RB26 Where the trans bolts right on to the original 300 transmission???
next build suggestion. Mitsubishi evo 9
VRAIMENT très beau travail, elle est TOP cette Z32 swappé par un SR20 DET

This car was worth saving❤️
my newest favorite build
With SR this thing is 🔥 😍😍😍
I love it when Rickie and Quinn flirt 😂
I just asked why an SR 20 does it just fit really good? Generally I found them really crap sounding.
Should’ve been a VG30
I assume they want it to last more than 75k miles before it blows the engine
