Front mount intercoolers are the worst choice for these cars. You are better off with no intercooler. These cars suffer bigtime from heatsoak and overheating issues if you crank up the power very much beyond the factory 300hp @ 9psi. Front mount intercoolers choke off fresh airflow in an already small space. There is a reason Nissan designed the car with side-mounted intercoolers. They simply work better in this case.

Man I'd be so paranoid having my end tanks carbon fiber. People say it's strong but it takes a good enough shot and the whole tank is caput. Good thing these are more show cars than daily drivers.
Does mishimoto make v-mount carbon fiber intercoolers? I'd need 90* end tanks for it to work on my FD's v-mount set-up.

intercooler further back, and build a duct that will channel air through the front bumper up to and through the intercooler then through and upto the radiator. essential in z32 chassis. air guides,

those lower mounts were not bent to meet the correct standoff, you can clearly see them bending to accommodate the inaccuracy as Quin tightens the bolts.. no bueno!
