day 2 is done! i was very impressed with myself! exercises were getting easier. some were still hard though! i’m not too sore and while doing the first exercise, i found it easier to do a sit up! i never have done a sit up in years! i still only got 50% in but that’s amazing! i’m overjoyed!! :)

Im gonna try to do this workout for 2 weeks except for sunday its rest day for me but ill maybe do it longer of i see progress + i use a corset that has something in it that burns fat and its actually really good

Day 5✅Oh my god it’s actually easier to do the workout now, and I’ve lost weight!

Day 14✅ Felt a good burn! So I did notice a difference between when I started and now, I’m on a calorie deficit but the past two days I over ate so I guess that made me loose some progress, but definitely recommend this, gives you a good burn! I’m gonna continue doing this for another two weeks😊

day 1: ✅ it BURNT! obviously I didn’t lose weight the first day but I felt some burning in my core and arms. I also paused for a few seconds since I was in pain. So yeah (6/25/2024)
day 2: ✅ I woke up sore! it burnt more in my core. I did see a tiny change from where I was yesterday. Also im on a calorie restriction. I’m only consuming 300 calories per meal which is 900 a day (sometimes it might be 910) so yeahhh

Hi! I've been following some other videos of mizi and had amazing results. So I thought of working out using this video and keep updating here for my hardworking friends:)
Day 1 ✅: Absolutely hard. I felt the pain both in my belly and the back. I skipped two steps as it was super hard for me to do it. Additionallly, I also stayed in plank with my stopwatch on and it was 35secs today.
Day 2 ✅: Still hard! But i did more than yesterday. My whole body hurts and my muscles are soaring 😭 Today's timing of plank is 40 secs. Not bad 😅🤧

Update: After doing for 30 days, and followed little bit of healthy diet, was able to lose 2 inch belly fat and lost 2.5kg. Please note, I was doing cardio for 15 mins as well.

Doing cardio or burpees (My opinion) is a much better way to burn belly fat and lose weight, doing sit ups or crunches is just going to build muscle, not help you reduce fat.

Yippy I just completed my 82nd day of belly workout! Wow ! I am impressed with my own self ! I wish to show such three months persistency consistency to get up early in the morning at four am and be awake throughout the day till 9 pm and sleep at 9 PM I am looking forward to seeing my own will power to follow this routine not will power SAMYAK SANKALP not will power but determination if you have a will you do it anyways it's like my Determination I dint desire to wake up at four am when sleepy hence I call it my determination it's against my routine habitual comfort force but getting up at four am sleeping at nine pm and sleeping even four seven to eight hours a day is more than enough definitely! But my mind without study college work has fallen back to unhealthy routine to be awake late and get up late and sleep anytime though there is no one to disturb me to follow the routine I can design for myself it's the bad habit forces i accumulated last more than two and half years that I have to break !

Finally I just completed 95th day of my belly workout excluding 15 resting days so 110 days of persistent workout and efforts to maintain the body type I have achieved and naturally blessed with ! Even though I didn't feel like doing anything still I completed it somehow hush !

Didn't notice much changes but I feel stronger and a lil bit of changes..... I'll continue to exercise (planning to do a 4-month weight lose journey) and lose weight....
So everyone don't lose hope and continue to work hard and if u make any mistakes just forget that and continue
