Day 1: ❤ God! I thought it would be easy but Boy was I wrong. I started Calorie deficit 2 days ago. I can feel it. BURN. Day 2:❤ Done! The burn ooh! It was a bit easier today. Day 3:❤ Done! Couldn't feel much of a burn but damn it was hard. Day 4:❤ Done! Could feel the burn. I could do the exercises a lot easier now. Day 5:❤ Done! Day 6: ❤ Done! I could last longer on those exercises now. 🎉 Day 7: 😢 didn't do it. But I will be back. Day 8:❤ I did it!! The exercises were relatively easy( or maybe because I didn't do them properly) Day 9:❤ I did it! 5 days to go. Day 10: ❤ Done! 4 days to go. 🎉 Day 11: ❤ Done! 3 days to go🎉 Day 12: ❤ Done! 2 days to go!!!! My friends told I look like I lost a few.
Today is Tuesday and I started this workout because we'll go to the beach on Saturday. I know that I am already late to start but I still want to exercise before the outing. Hopefully there will be a space for me there to continue this workout! Day 1: It was hard doing the exercises without stopping especially during the 5:30 onwards of the video, but yay I finished!

Day 1. 4:18 my stomach started to aching. But I was all okay the next day as I do additional workouts every night before sleeping. Day 2. 5:17 my stomach started to aching again. I took a break and said myself "com'on, you can do it" and end at 6:44 Day 3. I did it to 7:12 without taking any break. But I can't do it any longer for today. Day 4. 8:25 I thought I can't do it. I need to end for today. But then I motivate myself that I have to do it till the video end. Guess what, I did it. Day 5. ✅
Wow, this was killer, a lot of metal in my back, plus I haven’t done stuff like this in years. But I’m going to do all that I can, hopefully I will eventually be able to do the whole video, thank you!
I completed my 152 nd day of workout today excluding 37 resting days ! Just for ten minutes today as I am super hungry now! Second of ten minutes workout themis month and three days of thirty minutes workout this month completed ! And 22 days of thirty minutes of workout i have completed yesterday from the month of November ! Yess ! Rather than having a resting days today I felt like going for at least ten minutes workout today if I had lunch today I would workout but too hungry to our physical efforts for workout now not more than ten minutes ! Hush ! I am glad at least I didn't take a day off for exercise.!
Day 1: damn I don’t expect it to be that hard (resumption after 2months) Day 2 : still hard for some exercise but it’s ok Day 3: Okaay I can see progress on my posture during exercises Day 4: it was aaawful because of stiffness Day1: felt okay I missed this workout (starting after I didn’t have time with school.. but it’s ok ! It takes time to get into a routine!!)
