I experienced felt a huge resistance in the morning even to go for and complete ten minutes belly work out and it persisted till fifteen minutes back then I gathered my motivation focused on how accomplished I feel how confident I feel when I do some healthy thing cultivate healthy knowledge gaining skills habit and be persistent in it I focused on that feeling which I get after accomplishing every task that I decide to do and complete I focused on that feeling and ignored lazy excuses of my own mind and pushed myself ahead through that useless unhealthy lazy feeling and resistence and completed it after all it was just a matter of ten minutes and finally I have completed my 103rd day of belly workout excluding 16 resting days and now fifteen more minutes to stretch routine today it's a middle split stretching routine day !

Today I did 55 minutes workout so almost for an hour did it today ! Honestly even lying down abd workout for around ten to fifteen minutes a day toned my abs better than everyday 30 minutes standing and workout so I am combining these both alternate day lying down workout for ten minutes and daily 30 minutes per day workout one day cardio total body workout other day belly standing Belly workout for thirty minutes on cardio day total body Workout am going to to add lying and workout I guess with this my abs will looks better ! Anyways I see my whole body nicely toned slim glowing after thirty minutes per day workout so definitely it's very effective in timing your entire body I am naturally slim so I don't need to go for a diet so to maintain my figure it's enough even if I gain some five kgs more like till 55 kg I will still look fine i feel even better than this I don't know currently I am 47-48 kg !
