    복근은 그냥 만들어지는 것이 아닌가봐요ㅠㅠ 저는 복근까지는 필요 없는 듯해요 아하ㅠㅠ 체지방버닝제 먹었어요 복근말고 그냥 배만 없앨래요 ㅎㅎㅎ 운동말고 다른 방법을 찾았으니까요~

    체지방버닝제 먹으면서 유산소 해주면 살 자체를 빼기는 쉬운데 복근은 좀 난이도가 있네요ㅋㅋㅋ 더 열심히 하려고 오늘 피티 새로 끊었슴돠

      복근 만들려면 체지방 먼저 뺴주는 것이 좋아요. 체지방 버닝제도 총 지방량 빼주는데 큰 도움 되구요. 쉽게 빠져요 같이 병행하면요. 피티 화이팅입니다!

    I love how beginner friendly your workouts are! Most ab workout videos I see are very intense and has jumps and plank variations, which I dislike as someone who does not yet have a strong core. Thank you for this video ❤

    After the first day too much pain in abs means it's so much effectively done. After 1 day the gap also feels a lot burnt in abs

    I experienced felt a huge resistance in the morning even to go for and complete ten minutes belly work out and it persisted till fifteen minutes back then I gathered my motivation focused on how accomplished I feel how confident I feel when I do some healthy thing cultivate healthy knowledge gaining skills habit and be persistent in it I focused on that feeling which I get after accomplishing every task that I decide to do and complete I focused on that feeling and ignored lazy excuses of my own mind and pushed myself ahead through that useless unhealthy lazy feeling and resistence and completed it after all it was just a matter of ten minutes and finally I have completed my 103rd day of belly workout excluding 16 resting days and now fifteen more minutes to stretch routine today it's a middle split stretching routine day !

Now I need to strengthen my abs but I find it impossible to follow the lying down on the floor exercises because I can't focus on abs and have terrible pains in neck.     You could follow natural diets. That means papaya.banana .milk . curd. Paneer.soya and others too.

    Today I did 55 minutes workout so almost for an hour did it today !
    Honestly even lying down abd workout for around ten to fifteen minutes a day toned my abs better than everyday 30 minutes standing and workout so I am combining these both alternate day lying down workout for ten minutes and daily 30 minutes per day workout one day cardio total body workout other day belly standing Belly workout for thirty minutes on cardio day total body Workout am going to to add lying and workout I guess with this my abs will looks better !
    Anyways I see my whole body nicely toned slim glowing after thirty minutes per day workout so definitely it's very effective in timing your entire body I am naturally slim so I don't need to go for a diet so to maintain my figure it's enough even if I gain some five kgs more like till 55 kg I will still look fine i feel even better than this I don't know currently I am 47-48 kg !

    Umm actually i need to do some exercises like slim arm,slim legs,belly fat,abs,90°shoulders,low breast size,side and back bra fat ALL these cause i have a wedding in my family on 9th November i have to look slim and good so can u please tell shall i use your exercises all i want cause in past i use to do "ZOEUNLIMITED" her exercises so tell which one should i do please i have to start from today unnie💜😟

    Me Encanto Entrenar con esta entrenadora Mitzi ya que a mi me gustan los Ejercicios ASI UNO TRAS OTRO NO DESCANSAR HASTA QUE TERMINE LA RUTINA
    y Lo Mejor es que los EJERCICIOS NO duran 30 segundos si no más de 40 Segundos y Hasta de Minuto Me ENCANTO 💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻

      Hi, Mansi💖 It's totally okay because this kind of strengthening exercise give overload muscle fiber to get more muscle.
      So actually you don't need to worry.
      But if this workout is too hard for you,
