Thank you for bringing us into the craftman world. I really love hearing you talk with such passion about the toys that you love. I too loved the BATS. Didn't think I'd be so excited to see my name in the list at the end of the video! So glad to be able to contribute to your Patreon, Crafsman!
I'm down with the 5 points of articulation! It's my favorite also. The GI Joes are great but I'm a little intimidated to customize them because of the tiny rivets in the joints. I would love to see some info on the their rivets if you ever get a chance. Very cool as usual!
Ohhhh, I hear you on that one. I have thought about molding GI JOE parts and using them in a 5-points figure. So for example, it would be a GI JOE leg all together, with no knee joint... just like a Star Wars figure. So we keep to the 5-pts style AND avoid the little complicated parts. :)
@@TheCrafsMan that would be super cool and THANK YOU for subscribing!
@@CajunCraftastrophe You're very welcome! You put a lot of heart and effort into your videos. I'm over here stunned by your work!
@@TheCrafsMan Well, you have put a smile on my face... but you have a knack for that (putting smiles on people's faces). Much appreciated, take care and thanks again.
Thank you for bringing us into the craftman world. I really love hearing you talk with such passion about the toys that you love. I too loved the BATS. Whoever was designing the Cobra figures was absolutely knocking it out of the park every time.
One of my favorite Joes was Alpine because he had the little grappling hooks and some string accessories. When I was a kid I loved to string lines from the stairs and slide my joes on them. Really put the action into action figures.
In my 40s and I’ve had the same dream. One of my favourites. Thanks for this.
Hey Tyler! Mannn, glad to hear I ain't the only one! :D
This one was my favorite too. Because of the cool hand attachments that it came with, especially the claw attachment. Also I didn't have many gi Joe's in anycase. We are talking mid 90's in a small town in India. These things used to be expensive. I still have it with a hand or a leg missing.
This really brings back the memories
My friend recommended this channel to me and I’m so glad he did. This is a nice little TH-cam channel
19 minutes talking about GI JOE is this a dream? I love these videos crafsman they warm my heart your an awesome guy thank you for doing this God bless and keep on steady craftin!
With all the problems going on in the world....your videos are NEEDED! I loved this one. Awe....springtime...the birds...the breeze...THANK YOU!
I think this might be my all time favorite Crafsman video. I myself have a special affinity for a particular tiny doll from my childhood and I collect them when I can find them for a decent price. Isn't it most glorious that we grown folks can still take delight in such things? Sending love and joyful vibes to the entire Crafsfamily!
Thanks as always, Crafsman. When you retire, you too will be someone who's caliber cannot be replaced. Both meanings.
This was the first GI Joe figure I ever had. I got it as a gift, and it began my GI Joe obsession. It's always remained one of my favorites.
I'm back watching, Crafman. You are such a great writer and such an authentic person. I wish you could come see my Madison Comic Book Repository and Lecture Hall.
I found a bag of over 100 AIR RAIDERS figures, all the same basic orange, at St. Vincent De Paul. I have an unopened Robotix set with figure.
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!? Sean, I would be pinching myself to be sure I wasn't dreaming. That's FANTASTIC!!!!! Thank you for watching!
Crafsman, you are an absolute godsend. Thank you for these videos they are one of the only things keeping me sane right now
I am glad to hear you talk about the Cobra B.A.T.S figure, I like the character design. I have the Croc Master, and a Cobra pilot that I gotten from thrifting, fixed both up.
The BATS were incredible. I also loved Zartan because his skin and armor changed color and he had a backpack with a new face. GI Joe was amazing and so is this channel. Thank you Crafsman.
"Zandar! I had Zandar last time. Also how come you get twenty BATS?"
I think Wet Suit was my personal favorite.
Thanks for showing the Air Raiders! I loved those things.
Thank you for watching! And Wet Suit is another fantastic one! Wonderful colors, too!
“Back in my 40s” Crafsman, baby, you aren’t that old.
I like the BATZ but my favorite was the red and black grenadiers. And the alligator one that you showed. I had the refrigerator perry gijoe back in the day.
I love how organized you are 💖 I strive to even remotely come close to your level of organization
Oh hey... I'm for real not. LOL! I'm TRYING to get things in line. Got so much I want to show y'all, and it's just tucked away here and there. Hope to get it at least 70% organized soon. :)
@@TheCrafsMan Aww! 💖 Well it looks great for your show and I appreciate all your hard work 😄✨I can’t wait to see what you got!
(I’m in the process right now of trying to find a place for all my hobbies and the stuff that goes with each one 😅)
This reminded me a lot of the early Crafsman episodes... taking things slow to look at the woods, talk about mail time and show us some of the things he likes. Bless you, Crafsman!
That action figure card reminds me of Spider-Man. His costume was originally meant to he black and red, but the artist who did the first issue added too much blue shine and it ended up looking blue and red.
I always liked that figure and the way the character looked in the cartoon a lot. I never had the figure though.
I'm so glad I stuck around for that dad joke at the end! I'm definitely going to share that one.
Your Circus friend is the only person to quit AFTER getting fired
HAHAHA! Man, y'all are slick! I regret not thinking to add this to the whole joke. Would have been so much better!
I've always had a soft spot in my heart for the Cobra Battle Android Trooper. Thank you for listing the reasons why CrafsMan.
I don't remember this figure. My favorite was Snake Eyes! The card art on G.I. Joes were the best. I watch alot of TH-cam, from pro-rasslin' to car stuff, but your videos are always a breath of fresh air, thanks!
I remeber having just enough money to get one figure......this one stood out so much, the artwork and design poped out. And devoid of generic troups I was able to open my Imagination much further.
This is my horror story. Anyone remember service merchandise? In NY you ordered from the catalog in the store and they brought out your item. For the Joe’s they would bring the entire box out. So riffle through and carded cobra ninja v1 was in the box!! But looking closer his weapons were torn out and they wouldn’t sell him to me. I begged and begged LOL. Man I wish I had the cobra ninja 😁
OH SNAP! I 100% remember Service Merchandise! One of my momma's favorite places to shop back in the day, along with TG&Y. :D
"Where all your B.A.T.S. was? I just saved up the money for this... rakin' leaves, and now look at 'er. They gone."
It may just be me, but after I watch some CrafsMan videos I can't help but start talking like him.
I do too! I always say "Allrite" and my wife always says "Okay Crafsman" lol!
@@kriscontinuum3267 hahaha! that's too funny. glad it's not just me
