Great tribute for greatest singer.
I first saw Frank in a fantastic benefit concert in 1975 at the Universal Amphitheater…..After an amazing show, he came out and started in on “The Lady is a Tramp.” It was like magic. I’ve seen him five other times, as well as many incredible acts, but nothing will ever compare to that first memory.
I was at that show! Happy to find this on TH-cam

43:05 Frank's wondering, "What was this steaming pile about and who is this creep?"
@rudycope1 It's true. With the exceptions of Tiny Tim and Joe Cocker, Bob Dylan is as far away as a performer can get from Frank Sinatra. Dylan was an assault to the ear of anyone with good taste. I can't successfully explain it to you, so I'll stop here.
How happy we are here in Europe not to be infested by publicity that much !
What do you mean? It’s just an older tv broadcast of Frank Sinatra’s 80th birthday. He died when he was 82. When this was made, he pretty much stopped performing. The last two years of his life, he was retired. He didn’t really get that much publicity as he didn’t make many appearances.
