It's a nice recipe, but I am not sure how "Mediterranean" it is, though it probably reflects the spirit well enough. But I think in the Med they would use peppers, and lemon rather than lime, and I am not sure about the coriander or turmeric. Or the mushrooms. Bit of a fusion thing going on here. But what the heck? It looks healthy enough. And tasty.

This kind of recopes does not really have fixed ingredients. You can make penne pasta or shell pasta on the side and add it to your soup when you are ready to eat.

I'd go a step further that most of us watching this and making soup in our own kitchens neither know how to hold a knife 'properly', nor do we care how she is holding hers🤷♀
I live alone, and I find making a pot of soup every week is the best way to go.

I lived in the WC for about 10 years . Was looking at Mediterranean recipes and this popped up, who knew ?. Looks good .
