Yoga mats are hardly any cushion if you can't hold your weight. These are intermediate exercises because they require large amounts of mobility, joint strength, muscle strength and cardio vascular endurance. Would appreciate you renaming the video to intermediate so as to not demotivate and intimidate beginners. Loads of love ❤️
First of all excersise is about your will power, not someone else motivatingg you. Second, these excersises are hard on purpose so then you build strength
