I started light weights dumbbell now because I’m scared of my arms to sag so much because as we grow old we can’t stop it but we can prevent and make it slow! Thank you for the video it is very informative !
It will not grow ur muscles, just give prominent look to your muscle which are underneath ur fat, plus burn fat and tone and tighten thats how you get those toned sexy arms, when fat burns muscles show , when toning is done it looks tight, it wont grow ur muscles as grwing is dffrnt process, of more weights and reps

You can always reduce and tone underarm fat. It's just a bit harder to tone, but it is possible to make it go away.
