    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad that you enjoyed the workout. As for your question, it depends on your fitness goals and current level of activity. If you are looking to maintain your fitness level, doing the workout on a daily basis may be beneficial. However, if you're just starting out or looking to build muscle, it's important to have rest days in between workouts to allow your muscles to recover. It's always best to consult with a fitness professional to create a personalized workout plan that fits your needs and goals. Keep up the great work!

    I've noticed the first 5 exercises are the same as the 5 minute version of this video, but at a much slower pace. Is this by design? Is it better to do the exercises slowly like this video, or the quicker pace f the 5 minute video?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention. The first 5 exercises in this video may seem similar to the 5 minute version, but they are indeed different. The slower pace in this video allows for a more controlled and focused movement, which can be beneficial for proper form and muscle engagement. However, the quicker pace in the 5 minute video is meant to be more of a quick cardio workout. Both versions have their benefits, so it ultimately depends on your fitness goals and preferences. We recommend trying out both versions and seeing which one works best for you. Keep up the good work!

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello! Thank you for reaching out and asking for clarification. The frequency of your routine and rest will depend on your specific goals and fitness level. Generally, it is recommended to do a full body workout 2-3 times a week, with at least one rest day in between to allow your muscles to recover. However, it's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly. If you feel fatigued or sore, take an extra rest day. It's also important to mix up your routine to prevent plateauing and keep your body challenged. I hope this helps answer your question. Keep up the great work!

    I’ll be starting this for sure. Unfortunately due to being born with a stupid rare disability I’ve had my chest/peck regain cut into many times so for years I didn’t bother because I thought since the muscle on my chest and definitely my belly cut through so much I figured no matter how much exercise I did for my chest and belly the fact the muscles been cut through. I figured I would never be able to get any kind of physical visual changes. So no point. Right now well I’m really hoping I’m wrong and if I start doing these exercises and keep doing them, I just pray after a month or two I would actually be able to see the physical tone of the muscles

      Hi there, thank you for sharing your story with us. It takes a lot of courage to open up about personal struggles, and I admire your determination to start these exercises despite your past experiences. I want to assure you that it's never too late to make positive changes, and with consistent effort and determination, you can achieve the physical results you desire. Our bodies are resilient, and with the right exercises and nutrition, you can strengthen and tone your muscles, even if they have been cut into before. Keep pushing through and trust in yourself, and I have no doubt that you will see the physical changes you are hoping for. Stay strong and keep going, you got this!

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there! It's great to hear that you've been consistently working out for 5 days now. Congratulations on your progress! Soreness is a normal part of starting a new workout routine and it's great to hear that it only lasted for a day for you. It's possible that your body is adjusting to the new movements and exercises, and the soreness should decrease over time. As for lifting weights, that could also contribute to the soreness but it's important to listen to your body and make sure you're using proper form to prevent injury. Keep up the good work and don't be discouraged by the soreness, it's a sign that your body is getting stronger!

      Hi there! I completely understand that starting a new exercise routine can be challenging. My best advice would be to start slow and gradually increase the intensity as your body gets used to the movements. It's important to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. You can also try breaking up the exercises into smaller sets and taking breaks in between. Remember to always warm up and cool down properly, and don't hesitate to modify the exercises if needed. Keep practicing and you'll get stronger each day!

      Dear friend, I understand your concern about your height and body shape. First of all, please remember that you are beautiful just the way you are and your worth is not determined by your physical appearance. As for your friends making fun of you, try to talk to them and let them know how their words are affecting you. Real friends will understand and stop making such hurtful comments.
      As for your chest and bum, it is important to remember that everyone's body is different and there is no one "perfect" body type. If you feel uncomfortable with your body, then I suggest talking to a trusted adult or seeking advice from a professional such as a doctor or a nutritionist. Hi there! I'm glad to hear that you're taking the initiative to start exercising and working on your insecurities. It takes a lot of courage to do that, so kudos to you! I hope the exercises help and make you feel more confident. Remember to be patient and consistent with your workouts, and I'm sure you'll see progress. Can't wait to hear back from you on September 20th. Wishing you all the best and God bless you too! Take care.
