DAY1- i could feel the burn while doing this but i did it no changes just my forearm is hurting a little DAY2-its a little easier than yesterday i can feel my arms getting tight my hands were burning the next morning. DAY3- i can feel the burn as well as my arms getting stronger and a little wider than DAY1 DAY4- it is becoming easier day after day my arms are getting tighter and harder everyday no visual change. DAY5- after doing the workout while my hands were tight i noticed 3 veins which are visible in my left hand(it looks cool thou). DAY6- i can see veins normally making my left hand tight and i can also see 1-2 veins poping up a little in my right hand when making it tight (ill keep updating

@@Yakshit-w9k hey,i been doing different types of forearm exercises so i been getting gains it takes time to build the muscle i did these exercises also so to answer your question yes these exercises will really build the forearms give it a few weeks youll see a difference.The forearm is one of the easy muscle groups to build within a few weeks.give it a try let me know how it goes.
If you're skinny, eat more and have multiple meals throughout the day to gain weight. Combine this with hard training, and after 30 days, you'll have beautiful forearms.
