    Was doing this regularly, but got lazy and stopped. 10 months later and now I've got a belly growing I don't like. So I'm getting back on the horse. Best of luck to everyone here working on a healthier version of themselves. We can do it! 💪

      Best thing we can do for ourselves is to never break our cycle. If we can have a schedule then it is much easier

      Sames, went to the gym a year ago got fit was doing advanced ab workouts, stopped for a year and can't even do a simple sit up but hey at least I know what I'm capable off and have a goal to reach. Goodluck to all 🤟

      You don’t gotta do this everyday. 2-3 times a week is fine with cardio or weight training, whatever you prefer

    I gotta do this today. I've been slacking on my ab work! It's so much easier to be motivated when I have to go to the gym but definitely harder now that gyms have been closed and I gotta motivate myself at home. These videos help!

    I am going to be doing this everyday for a month and will keep you up to date with my progression. I will also be eating much healthier and drinking lots of water.
    Day 1: Was quite hard and my abs burned after but powered through and finished.
    Day 2 : Found today a little bit easier but struggled on the side plank things.
    Day 3: Little bit easier and already seeing a little bit of abs coming through
    Oh yeah I forgot to update been doing this for just over a month I have a 4 pack right now and my two lower abs are there but quite faint but have been doing some lower ab workouts since Monday so in conclusion this workout and a few other of his workouts definitely work with some healthy eating involved

    Hey for everyone trying these and seeing a lot of progress, make sure when you’re doing the lying leg raise and other down to up exercises focus on lifting your pelvis and don’t let your legs have momentum on the way down or up. It will greatly increase your upper and lower abs

      I used to use the momentum on reverse crunches and stuff but stop ur legs at the top and then lift ur pelvis don’t use the momentum

    I also have changed on my abs. I workout with your daily exercises and i like it very much. What i dont like, is that you dont take breaks between them ahahaha :))))))))) and it becomes even harder!

    Omg it hurts to do it but if you want a transformation this works so good i went through ups and down when i started i couldnt even finish it when i started i would always pause the video and do it but now it all paid off.

    30 days let's go!!!
    Day 1: just finished, totally dead
    Day 2: completed this workout after my chest workout, definitely felt it even more today cus I was already sore from yesterday but that didn't stop me from completing the workout💪🏼
    Day 3: complete! Did 2 rounds of this workout really feelin it especially in my lower ab section 💪🏼
    Day 4: almost missed my workout today, just got my braces on feeling like shit but didn't stop me from finishing my workout.
    Day 5: workout complete!
    Day 6 and 7: complete!
    Day 8: workout little by little is getting easier so I started doing more rounds, ended up doing 4 rounds today and feeling great!
