      That’s way too much bro. It doesn’t have any effect to do 4 ab workouts a day it will overwork your abs and it will only take longer to get abs

      @@gerasprays7494 do it once every day abs don’t take long to recover you can do them every 24 hrs for about 6-10 min a day

    Bro I got a full six pack because of this vedio at the beginning it was hard to keep up , but after few days of doing it I got better .

    Well, I have had six packs since I was 14 It took me 2 years since I started when I was 12 I didn't know any vids or tips or anything my only way was by doing normal sit ups as much as I can daily. Now I'm 16 and since I first saw my full abs at 14 I've been getting then stronger discovering new muscle groups and most importantly training the rest of my body, caus a lot of ppl forget about that part they just want abs and forget about the rest of the body. Anyway, Fraser can you do more intense abs workouts (the ones with loads of reps and least amount of rest) and calisthenics ones as I don't have much variety of exercises on the pull up bar for my abs. Thank you a lot🙏🙏

      I've often had the same problem, but the key is just to keep your lower back on the ground, focus trying to contract the lower abs and keep your body fat% low enough.
