- The best thing you could do if you want to develop a truly impressive Sixpack would be to mix it up often and keep yourself accountable. In order to develop your abs in its entirety, you’ll definitely want to be training them. And while they are one of the most sought after body parts, they are also one of the most skipped, or at best, halfheartedly trained body parts.
It can be very easy to get to the end of a juicy chest workout completely spent, only to remember that last Monday you promised yourself that you were going to train abs at least 2 x this week. So you begrudgingly do...
BUT you hit a set each of leg raises and bodyweight crunches at about the intensity of a garden gnome. Not a great outcome if you ask me. Therefore, it’s very important to keep yourself accountable. And that comes down to making time. Which is one of the best thing about abs, you can do them anywhere, anytime. You’ve just gotta MAKE the time
One area that is super critical to developing aesthetics is the obliques. For those of you unaware, these are the gill look’n muscles that run along side the abdomen. The importance of the obliques cannot be overstated when it comes to aesthetic appeal and physical performance.
The problem is that they can be very easy to neglect, and that’s exactly what a lot of people choose to do. But there’s no doubting that your mid section WILL improve drastically by making the conscious decision to improve your obliques

Tip: if you have mastered this training and need more of a challenge slow the time too 0.5x which will make the workout double as long, plus you can still keep track of the time whlie doing your workout.

Day 1: it was hard finished the workout but with a lot of breaks.
Day 2: I pushed my self a little bit further than yesterday
Day 3: carrying on improving my technique and less tests in between
Day 4: not much has changed as far as body but I'm slowly improving each time.
Day 5: I started to drink water more and only eat 3 times a day with no snacks (no junk food)
Day 6: nothing new I'm just improvig my technique and time ( I'm also doing this in the morning before breskfast)
Day 7: rest day
Day 8: I feel a lot stronger doing these exercises
Day 14: starting to see definition

Guys, I’ve been doing this rotuine 5 days a week for 4 weeks straight AND IT TRULY WORKS. I had a strong core when i started but my abs didn’t pop. Now I have the outline of a 6 pack and abs are starting to really show! Ill update you after 7/8 weeks

Do different exercises each day its more effective because your body can get used to the same thing over and over again
Drew Dueck also take breaks, and eat plenty of proteins, like nuts and fish because they need to be able to grow and repair the muscle

I love how this ab workout incorporates small breaks to stretch to release any back tension you may have....don’t know anyone else that has done this yet!
Honestly this is fire. I've been doing this workout for a week and a half and I already see some improvement and my abs are starting to show up. I'm sure that if I keep following this workout I'll be nice for the summer ( if the Corona doesn't kill me before). Take care of you guys

@@Fxllen. doing these workouts aren't some magical workout for instant abs, a true 6 pack takes time no matter the effort. The amount of times you do abs per day doesn't matter as long as your abs get rest and time to recover, like all muscles, to repair and come back stronger
DotDotDot yeh it’s about repetition and patience
I do this every 2 days and once a day, i think the muscles need to rest before they can grow up so I do it like monday-wednesday-friday and it simply works if you put in your training some intensity. Now that i'm at my 3-4 week of training i'm gonna add some weight to the exercices to increase the intensity

Day 2: the workout getting a little easier
Day 3: finished the workout still eating clean
Day 4:finished the workout.workout keeps getting easier
Day 5: starting to see lines forming a six pack
Day 6: finished the workout as usual
Day 7: really suprised with the result finished the workout
Day 8: rest day
Day 9/1: I can do the workout twice in a day now. Once in the morning and again in the evening
Day 10/2: Did the workout 3 times a day

I did 9 of his video during the for 30 days and my obliques popped out more my outer chest and inner chest also came popped more my veins as well popped more. And my abs as well.
I didn't eat healthy but it got me abs i just didn't have the lower it was just fat. So it does really help you. A lot. Just have a routine like abs one day legs and upper body one day. And eat healthy and drink water. Im only 16 and this has helped me. Big shoutout to the channel.

My tips along with this video to get fit over time (yes I haven’t used these tips myself much but these are the ones I find most)
Cut out junk food and snacking during the day. You only need to eat 3 meals a day.
Drink more water and milk. Milk builds bone structure and makes them stronger.
Eat fish and nuts more often that helps a lot.
Rotate exercise videos every 28 days to ensure that your stronger in all parts (upper and lower)
Edit: I am now going to create a log for viewing and for likes (yes I admitted to it)
Day 1: Burning in my core yes burning
Day 2: I understand what going on a diet is now and I hate ittt (the exercise wasn’t as bad as yesterday!)

You don’t want too, that then just works the hip flexor, you want to raise your pelvis off the floor to work the abs

I actually had it like that when I was starting.. just try to contract the most you can, try to feel and really stretch the muscles.. also don’t just tap but also try to reach your foot (or at least in your mind)
Yeah, this one is all about mind muscle connection. Just keep at it and you will feel it soon enough.

Day 1: So basically I’m not skinny but I’m not fat I’m in-between and this workout was tiring and I can really feel the burn in my stomach. I’m eating healthy and avoiding all junk food
