    I can't believe this! My abs are growing! I am just in a state of shock now. I have had a fat belly and now it's getting stronger also I can see changes in my arm muscles. Have been doing this video for 2 weeks....

    Hi Fraser you are my favorite coach i really apreciate the good works you do, i do strugle with schizophrenia i do not have symptomes but it's a hard desease. But with your workout i don't feel alone or anxious i do hard work to get more positivity in my life

      You should look into the "Plate Method." It's how dietitians recommend you construct every meal(my partner is a dietitian so I've looked into this quite extensively 😅). Essentially, for every meal you want to aim to have 1/4 of it be a grain of some sort(preferably whole grain), 1/4 of it should be protein of some kind and 1/2 of it should be veggies(or some fruit too). This is the "healthiest" way to eat to ensure your body is meeting its nutritional requirements. That being said, if you're trying to aid in muscle growth or recovery, some extra protein never hurts, but you just need to make sure you're keeping up with the other areas too 👍. Also, don't be afraid of healthy fats. Your body needs to consume good fats to remain healthy

      You'll need to lose weight by adjusting your diet (reducing calories eaten each day) and doing more cardio. This workout strengthens and defines your abs, however, the ab muscles cannot be seen until body fat is lost
