Once you do a couple of workouts it gets easy and makes you want to do more Like 4: I decided to challenge myself and do Fraser Wilsons 15 minute workout
Day 120 of abs with Frasir. This was more intense than his other routines, no stretching breaks. I was due to push myself harder. My only complaint is that it's the same music , but it's not a big deal bc I go into autopilot at thos point.

For constant breathing and the push on muscle. Well, staying in place works too if you preferred that. Most of the workouts can be stayed in place but most people tend to move for stable breathing and explosive tension on muscle at breathing interval.
At first I thought the same thing, but now I appreciate the variety so much. I do a different one each time, and the variety keeps me interested (as opposed to the same ol routine) and challenged. Seriously, do a the different workouts and your body never gets comfortable, which is what you want.
