Great job man, make sure not to burn yourself out immediately, just know that years of progress is really as difficult as it sounds, don't use roids either. Keep up the good work!
@@haasinnoor2725 Height is unfortunately mostly genetic. You will reach your pre destined height range provided you are not severely malnurished, sleep schedule is healthy and regular, and there is moderate body usage.

Pretty good workout. I'm stuck in a barracks right now on quarantine because of all the covid spread and these youtube exercises are keeping me in shape. I liked the progression of exercises. Just before I got too tired the exercises shifted to something less core focused and it was doable.

I've been super bad at staying consistent with things, but this workout is perfect for just the right amount of working myself really hard, but not so long or difficult I don't want to always come back to it 👍
I’m 13 and every time I do this workout I will update you with the results below Day 1: small difference in chest but nothing in shoulders Day 2: same as day one just a little bit of a difference in chest Day 3: large difference in the shoulders little to no difference in chest
