Dear Soundcraft, In GUI 'Phone mode' in channel edit page is access to gain fader (in my opinion very helpful). In tablet GUI is not present. Access to gain is only via gain page. Sometimes is needed to fast change gain. By 'edit channel' page will be very helpful. Is it possible to turn on this function, if not, meybe add in next update of software? Thank You
Hello, I made my first gigs with ui24r: I used BigD on Hannespree multitouch monitor connected to a Minix PC via ethernet to ui24r. Everything works perfect, except I cannot use more than one touch at the time ! Any idea if it comes from the ui24r itself or if I should dig into the PC settings ?
@@mix-record-connect9938 after some reading around, I learned that the Ui24R is unable to run higher than 720p, and as such makes BigD rather constrained. I bought a Chromebit computer and attached it to my monitor when mixing with my large touchscreen display. I also learned that the built-in wifi isn't so bad at all. I believe it over modulates if you're too close to the mixer with your device. Add some distance and the connection is more reliable.

If used via a PC, then it's a PC issue not a Ui24R issue. Make sure you are getting multitouch via your browser.

THat's the monitor or are you using a MAC? It's not a limitation of the Ui24
Can I turn on big d on my iPad? Or a MacBook? Can’t seem to get it on. Newest firmware already installed

How do I activate BigD on my Dell p2418HT monitor when connected directly to the Ui24R?
BIG D does not work on connected monitor, only externally run via another device. (either LAN or WIFI, can use PC/MAC/Android device, large tablet)

@@solusfides But in this case you loose the wired connection to UI24R and use it with WiFi, correct ?
