I am again doing your exercises and I am stronger again great to get results for my balance problem that I have suffered a while and I am now getting help from your video. I do stop and take a brake as I have stenosis lumber back weakness but this helps all round with confidence Thank you so much. 😂
I’m 89 years old live alone and have 2 artificial knees. I try to be consistent but my legs do get numb so I’m try to do as much as I can. Thanks for your program.
Your exercises are wonderful! Really helping me. Am beginning to do them without holding on - much. However I find that I have to constantly look in one direction only, if my gaze shifts even a little bit I begin to lose my balance. Could you please suggest some exercises to address this problem? And many thanks for all that you have done.
