Rarely that does happen, especially if you'll be on your antivirals for years. But that doesn't mean you don't have it anymore, it's just undetectable at that point.
Can you still have intimacy with your partner even after being diagnosed with hsv 1-2 right now im scared to get her infected but i still want to be able to show her love
Yes, sure, you can have sex with herpes. Don’t let herpes make you feel any different. Of course you have to disclose before being intimate with somebody, but you shouldn’t feel like you have to avoid things because of you having herpes. If your partner is ok with you having herpes, s/he took the decision of being with you and is prepared to take the risk.
It’s good to make a decision together whether you want to be on antivirals, which helps lessen the chance of transmission to about 1%. Lysine and monolaurin also quite successfully help to keep herpes at bay.

Statistically, it should shed less often than genital hsv2.
