1. Hammer Curls 4 sets
2. Barbell’s Curls 3 sets
3. Closegrip pullups 3 sets
Triceps :-
1. Tricep push down :- 3sets
2. Closegrip bench press :- 3sets
3. Parallel bardips :- 2sets
