Whatever he said is 100% true my trainer also shared this with me and here is me with 0 injuries I did gym for 3 years but left gym during covid now I'm going to start again from 2023 i also did heavy lifting with wrong forms but thank God I listen to my trainer by putting my ego beside 😇🙂

1) Pre workout meal immediately before workout.
2) Half Range of motion exercises.
3) 7 Days workout without recovery time.
4) Side Bend
5) Immediate intense workout.

So, I m trying to achieve it accordingly, without going very hard towards myself. Does not matter if I take little extra days to reach my goal but I m making sure. I do it slowly and safely.

Ekdam correct bataya sir aapne. Gym karna matlab only takad dikhana nahi hota balki apni mind ko cool rakhke apni body ko well manner me lane ki koshish karna hota he, jisse ki wo daily activities me hamesha stressfree rahe.

I am Aqib from Karachi, Pakistan. I really like and appreciate the content of your videos. Well yes, I used to do side bends which were exactly of no use for me and I did not find any result while doing the same but most importantly when I started strength training along with a balanced diet where I cut off my carbs the most along with Roti/Chawal (used to have it once after 7 days), I started to gain results with respect to love handles and they started to lower down and did the fat from every where. Thank you for highlighting this issue.

Hi sir, nice video. I usually go to gym in early morning. What should one eat in such case before going to gym, since you mentioned about meals in this video. Not possible for me to go to gym in evening because of my job nature.
After how much weeks we should change our workout plan from 4 days to 5 days to 6 for weight gainning bigineear

no I do such a mistake, especially with eating just before workout. This happens because I go to workout directly after office three days a week, and I land there extremely hungry. So I eat mostly jhalmuri (puffed rice with cucumber, peanuts, onion peices mixed with mustard oil) just to ward off that hugry feeling.
