    1. Distance between hand :- solder se thoda bhaar
    2. Durning push ups hatheli(हथेली) se floor ko daka
    3. Chest muscles kaha rahe :- hands ke bich me
    4. Correct position :- State line
    5. Feet distance (पैर):- 12 feet (solder ka equal)
    6. Elbow position :- andar ki taraf (bhar ki taraf nhi jane deni)
    7. Core(pet,six pack) or groom (pichhwada) ko tite
    *For beginners:-
    1. Wall push ups (diwar ka hand rakh kar push ups)
    2. Bech ya bed push up
    3. Nee pushup 7:56
    4. Fir push up

    Yep when I started my journey, I was hardly able to do a single push up and the knee ones also seemed hard but after months of striving I can do at least 20-25

    I have never seen a more wonderful and explanatory video about push ups and exercise than this. Really good work. Now I realize what mistakes I was doing while doing push ups and why my elbows pained, thats because I was putting my elbows outward. Moreover I also liked the way Yatinder explained how starters can do easy push ups against the wall and gradually increase their level of intenaity. Thank you Yatinder. Kudos for the good work

    I used that wall push-ups at the start of my days then went on inclined & declined planes then on the simple ones.
    last I was using weights on my back doing push-ups.
    the best technique for strength.
    Doing 4 times a week.
