    I have been watching your videos and just got done with the prayer one. My 3 1/2 yr old just came in (I just got up the will to fold my 4-day old clean laundry-I've been going through a low depression the past week and feeling very bad about my health, scared about me and my kids future while I'm going through school/if I can even get this degree finished, I'm behind in my classes this week...and after your prayer that I said too I felt a wind in me from Holy Spirit power and I started on the laundry. It was a breakthrough), anyway-and she stopped and looked at me and smiled and said, "You look different Momma!" I said, "I do?" She answered, "You look better" and went off skipping to play with her brothers. Thank you!! 🙏

      Wow wow wow. I’m so blessed and deeply humbled God refreshed you. Girl, I’m also a mama and some days are a legit challenge. I get it! And you’re doing amazing: a mommy, in school, taking care of the home, making healthy changes 👏🏽 You is the real MVP 🙌🏽 Keep going and know that God is empowering you. One of my fav verses is 2 Corinthians 12:9, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Ride on that and let Him continue to empower you, beautiful. Your kids are stronger because of your sacrifices.

    Oh my my my, what a precious family. Baby boy just stole my heart .. shaking his little head while he was praying. Evidently he's seen fervent prayer in the home. Lots of awesome suggestions for building our immunity. This answers my question about "Nature's Penicillin " God Bless you 💕

    Hi Melissa!!! I am so glad I found your channel. And I looooove that you are a praying woman! I've already tried two if your recipes. "Banana Carob Bread" and "Chickpea Walnut Apple Loaf " and they both are a hit at my house. I really like the healthy swaps like Cacao butter that give a chocolaty taste without the caffeine.     SUBSCRIBED❤I have been watching your videos and listening to them makes a lot of sense to me. I had a clog in my throat I couldnt get rid of. I have been juicing no more than a week the clog in my throat is gone. I'm rarely sick to my surprise but I got the jab and haven't been 100 since😢 after juicing I'm feeling like I'm back to my ole grown self again😂I got motivated enough and started back to working out...I added fats to my diet and those beans😂 Thank you for being such an inspiration.     So Melissa, this Nature's Penicillin is what I'm talkin' bout !!!! It is not too strong (in terms of being able to ingest it), yet it has a more balanced taste than the ones Ive had in the past that also included the rine. You have great videos, great content, and an amazing personality! Keep up the great work!!! I'm definitely choosing my health!!!

    So one day, I became extremely sick and had loose stool and etc but then I took immodium ad and now I am bloated and constipated. I think it is time for me to do something different. But I believe that. I need a good detox

    I’m plant based and I just recovered from Covid 19, but I been having problem keeping food down. Do you have any suggestions?

      I’m sorry you’re dealing with this! Praising God you’re recovering. I’d run these by a physician, but when I’ve dealt with these type of issues, I stuck to more bland, simple foods like bananas, oats, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, avocado, until I figured out food triggers, and could keep things down. I also stayed away from anything fried/greasy, sugary, dairy, meat, or highly processed. These can be harder for the body to digest. Fresh vegetable juices are also a good way to restore nutrients. Maybe start off with a tad bit of apple and celery juice and see how that falls on your stomach. Also eat in smaller quantities so you don’t tax your digestive system. Praying for your full recovery 🙏🏽

      Hi Tiana! My answer to your question depends on the person, and their stage on the journey. I try to be balanced and practical when helping people make the transition. I use two principles: 1) progress over perfection (it doesn’t have to be cold turkey), and 2) stick to foods as close to nature as possible. If Beyond Meat helps you wean off of real meat, then by all means do you. But remember it’s a bridge and don’t get stuck on it. Keep improving to food as close to nature as possible. I ate veggie meat to help me transition (that was almost 20 years ago, but I got stuck for several years). However, many people are strong enough to bypass veggie meat all together. If you can move forward without veggie meat dependence, that’s a plus. There’s also a lot of support and resources to make the transition easier, that wasn’t as popular when I made the switch. Whatever you do, I’m cheering you on to better health and I pray you thrive honey! 😊💜

    I like ALOT of your suggestions but your off on your sleep info. For people that have insomnia these types of videos just further create anxiety and nervousness if they worry about sleep. That's what KEEPS people from sleeping, so stop threatening us on what diseases we can get if we don't sleep enough. It's not accurate. Not everyone has to get SO much sleep; and furthermore, WORRYING makes it worse. Please do more research about this...
