I did the 30 day challenge. No breads, no white sugar, no rice. I lowered my carbs to less than 30g daily. And I did intermittent fasting with some OMAD. I lost 18 pounds so far, my skin is clearer and I'm not as itchy(as funny as that sounds). After 3 days, I had NO appetite. I have so much less pain, stiffness and I don't get so sleepy after a meal. I have been walking about 3 miles a week as well. I drive a truck so there are real challenges at the truck stop coffee station. Never a lack of donuts, cakes or sweets. But I did it and I feel great. If I can do it, I know you can too.
I will share my experience that is similar. I had to be on a special medical diet related to iodine. This test required that my blood urine iodine level be very low. To facilitate this I was required to abstain from ANY processed foods because the salt used could not be verified as non-iodine. It was supposed to last one week but due to a mix up, I had not been using the correct non-iodized salt on my food it went on for a month+. I had always thought I was eating a fairly good diet but one week in I was craving foods I was accustomed to. So much so I could say the food most of us eat today is a drug. Truly if not for the incentive I would have gone back to the way I was eating. But shortly thereafter that craving faded away. I had begun losing weight and until it was all said and done I had lost 30 pounds and dropped a pants size. I was not thinking about food and became satisfied eating two meals a day because I was not hungry. I felt better and honestly realized what I stated earlier to compare our food as a drug. I learned that I just did not want to eat like I had because I felt sluggish afterward. I was very disappointed yet actually came to know what feeling good really felt like. Yes, I have slipped a bit but at least I have a reference to base what it takes to truly be good to my body. I will add that I was amazed at how much salt is in the foods we eat. I was urged to buy meats from a butcher shop because fresh meats that are prepackaged contain salt. I learned a lot from having to read labels.
I actually started no sugar 3 days ago. I’m doing. Bunch of things also. Trying for 7+ hours of sleep. 15,000 steps, 1/2 gallon+ in water, intermittent fasting, and a little extra exercise. Down 5 pounds. Will report back in 30 days.
I am 83 years old and have had a love for chocolate and other sweets for all my adult life. I also eat carbs (rice, pasta, etc) with every meal. Along with meat and fruit. I’m having hot flashes often during the day. (Hormones off!). I used to do all kinds of physical activities which kept my weight down. but since having 7 spine surgeries, I’m lucky to be able to walk 2 blocks with walker. My A1C was 5.9 last check. I am 20 lbs overweight. So, I am taking the 30 day no sugar challenge. Wish me luck, please! I will start eliminating all white flour products also. & lower starches, eventually stopping them also. I’ll report back in 30 days. 🙏😊💕
I can tell you what happened to my body after giving up all sugar for 30 days. I lost 12 pounds from 189 to 177. 9 months later I weigh 145, am off statin drugs, my blood work is off the charts good and I feel alive!
Thank you @gilream for sharing your great results and helping inspire others. That is so awesome. I am thrilled that you have seen such great results. Keep it up! 😄
@@drekberg thanks to you for all precious infos and Dr. Berg's. I am already in the 32th day of NO-added-sugar intermittent fasting, was 181 Kilograms and now 1. Feel much much better 2. No cravings 3. Lost a few kilos: 166/167 Kilos! Which I would suggest, that anyone - literally ANYONE- has to try, in order to experience these
I was prescribed metformin but after watching many videos about sugar and insulin resistance I started with intermitent fasting, included good supplements, and changed my life stile... Now, no metformin, no eutirox, no joint pain....and at 68 I have my old weight of 65 kg But, this is a real challenge, because I did not quit all sugar and starches. Ready to try😊
I was off sugar for 3 and a half years, and my skin was radiantly bright, MY dad died last year October and I fell into a stressful mood. Now, I made my decision this morning and am taking my health back in action again. Praise YAHSHUA for getting me back on track 🙏🙏🙏
I am going to try the challenge! I have hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, hypertension, GERD, and I am overweight. I'm only 65 years old. I want to do something to improve my health now!
Eating chocolates and watching this video. Sugar has been the curse of my life. The only thing I’ve failed at giving up. It makes my joints ache, my mood low, cravings every day, sleepless nights and fatigued every day. I will try tomorrow to do the 30 day challenge and report back. I need a miracle but I’ll try 👍
My worst time was diagnosed T2B when I weighed 95 kg, with an A1C of 9% . I knew I had to make a change, so I made two life-altering decisions. First, I quit my office job and left the confines of the office chair. I took up a role in the warehouse-what I like to call my employer-paid gym membership. Now, I get a solid 7 hours of exercise every day, and I get paid for it. The second decision was even tougher-I cut out sugar and drastically reduced carbs. On the weekend, I go hiking & kayaking. This also give me an opportunity to benefit from sunlight. The results have been incredible. My weight has dropped to 70 kg, and my A1C is now a steady 5.6%. Best of all, I no longer need insulin. This journey taught me that we all have the power to change our lives. But the key is to start today.
I am currently 45 days without sugar and I am definitely beginning to see some significant changes! Taste Buds changing and belly fat falling off rapidly as well as fewer cravings! Dr. Ekberg speaks the TRUTH!
I did keto for years, lost 50 pounds. Felt better at age 55 then I have ever felt in my life. Unfortunately, fell off the wagon, started old habits, gained all the weight back. Thank you for this video. Today is the day to start getting healthy all over again!!! I did it once I can do it again! I will try to report back in 30 days!
Same thing happened to me. I now realize that Keto is a lifestyle and not just a temporary duty to loose weight. I hate sugary foods now and been near carnivore for almost 60 days I feel great and my recent blood work was way better than before. No cholesterol issues, my testosterone went up and I have energy as I did in my early 30s. ( Doubt I'll ever have the energy I had in my early 20s, that would be amazing) But the best thing is I am looking forward to aging healthy instead of a decrepit old man
The reality is that falling off the wagon is not unusual, and in fact its a good idea to give yourself permission to have a 'break' every once in a while, like 2 weeks, monthly, etc. When I do mine, I go for quality over quantity, as in my favorite Burrito Gordo carne asada with rice and beans vs candy and snacks. The next day, usually Sunday I just don't eat anything or just meat and vegetables to compensate a little and within 2 days I'm back in ketosis. And thats coming from a borderline T2 diabetic, and even with those breaks my quarterly A1C is always coming back at just below T2 at per-diabetic level. Instead of living with the stress of doing without, refocus it as x days until my next reward.
It's 7.20pm on sunday 2024 dec, starting the journey today, no sugar,no carbs and other unhealthy food, i actually turned 30yrs this month and I'm willing to change my health now hence, more love from kenya 🇰🇪
@@priyanshugupta7265 Day one and two were fine. Day three I woke up at 4:30 in the morning with a terrible fricking headache, by the afternoon I was nauseated. Day four was okay. Day five, yesterday, I had sugar cravings but instead of eating sugar I ate an entire family sized bag of Doritos (this is new for me). Today I’m feeling a little blah.
I am a sugar addict. I heard this video today and realized that sugar may be the underlying cause of so many things that are wrong in my body. I’ve recently been diagnosed with some eye issues. My joints constantly hurt, especially in my hands and feet. I Get up to use the restroom 3 to 4 times every night. This may have been the one thing that will motivate me to do this challenge. I’m going to read my house at all sugar products and try to break this addiction. I’m excited to see if I can do it. Thank you for the inspiration.
I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again!… If you do what this man tells you, I absolutely promise, you’ll start living your best life! He saved my life 6 years ago! Take that challenge! I don’t care how old you are, just do it!
@@edinpavodon't eat anything that comes from a box or bag unless it's in the produce section. Only whole, non processed food. No starchy vegetables. Up the protein and cut out ALL SEE OILS and only eat butter, ghee, bacon grease, tallow, avocado oil, olive oil and coconut oil especially MCT.
I’m 48, Carnivore diet for last 6 months…2nd day into no sugar/carbs I cried. I lay back in my bed and realized I had a feeling that I had not known in my body since I was a little kid! I did not know how badly I was feeling until I suddenly felt good. You will not know how badly you have become until you stop sugar. I actually felt whole in my body again…that constant buzzing, electric feeling was gone. That inflammation feeling has not come back. I have lost 40 lbs, endless energy, leap out of bed in the morning, no 2 pm urge to nap, and Everyone that has not seen me for a while make loud noises expressing how impressed they are. They recoil in horror, though when I tell them that it is zero sugar. They almost always respond with, “oh, my chocolate, oh my wine, oh my pastries, etc. I could never give that up!!” Then a change in subject or more excuses using words and phrases like “moderation” and “you don’t want to throw the baby out with the bath water”. I think one main problem is that sugar=magic, Christmas, birthdays, grandma’s cookies, parties, dessert, night out with the girls, etc. Well played, Big Sugar, well played. Crack/ meth would love such loving associations. As a home care nurse, I wish I could instead show my pictures of all the leg ulcers, colostomies, and neuropathic injuries that are made worse with every stubbed toe on their wheel chairs… and associate sugar with this!
You’re right the association with sugar is magical. People think a birthday or celebration without cake or sweets is sacrilege. Good on you for quitting. We need to promote the downsides of sugar more. I’m a week late reading this, but I’m still going to do the challenge. Currently the only sugar I’m having is fruit! It’s been the last of my sugars to go, but I must do it, because even some fruit is too much for me. Going carnivore now!
Seeing this on Christmas Day 2024 been mostly Carnivore for about 1 1/2 years ( a few small slip up’s here and there ) thanks for the renewed motivation.
On my 3rd month and shocked. It's not just the physical changes (happening quickly), my taste buds are alive and no more nighttime bathroom trips. Never thought this Italian could give up bread but I don't even miss it now. My energy is insane! But the best result for me is I can walk a good distance painlessly again. A few years ago, I developed PAD which caused my right calf to cramp so had to keep resting. It went away after just 2 weeks. With all my heart, I thank you Dr. Ekberg.
I watched the video last night. I am starting the challenge today. I am plant based but fell off the program and this is the inspiration to give up sugar. Thank you for this motivation.
I've been on Keto for 7 months now and today I reached a 50 pound weight loss, yay me! We had two get togethers this weekend and I fell off the wagon big time. The cravings came back with a vengeance; it took a couple days to reset. Not having any "bad" food in the house is key for me. Understanding what happens when we eat sugars was what got me going in this direction. Your videos along with Dr Westman's imparted on me the dangers of sugar. I don't want diabetes. I have friends with diabetes. While on medication they all still drink soda and eat candy. I want them to watch your videos.
Yes, it def incentivizes me to avoid sugar after watching loved one with sloppily controlled type 1 diabetes decline in every way...Gasteoparesis, dementia, diabetic ketoacidosis and comas from low blood sugars, resulting in hospitalizations...very bad deal.🙏🏼😓
I've been on/off Keto a couple times, and have gone from 5'11" 220 down to 167#. Couple years ago A1C tripped over into T2 Diabetes, and was able to keep A1C lower than T2 range pretty easily. Last year or so I have not been on strict keto, but mostly quit sugar, sodas, sweets and carbs around 20-40g and most recent A1C was still technically below T2. Coranary Calcium scan was done couple years ago as well (
I have been off sugar for more than 4 years now after starting to watch your videos. I have reversed my insulin resistance, and my taste buds have become much more sensitive. It’s not just me; many people in our health community have also reversed diabetes and insulin resistance, and now feel that their health is under control. Always grateful for the knowledge you impart Dr Sten!
Lol The taste bud part actually concerns me I enjoy so many things I could not stand in my childhood and I figure its because my taste buds are so much weaker
I was diagnosed with myesthenia gravis 2023 September but the symptoms started a year befor.the doctor told me that i might leaving with the medicine for the rest of my life.but i cut all the sugar, dairy, wheat, corn, vegetables oils, and i can testify that i stopped taking the meds in January this year and i have my life back i can walk,go to work as normal am getting stronger daily
I will start tomorrow morning again!! I did this since April 2024, I have lost 20 kg. It is now a week before Christmas. I picked up 4kg in 2 weeks. I thought I can cheat once... What a huge lie I lied to myself... but thanx for the talk and the challenge... This is a healthy lifestyle!!! I have 40 kg more to lose. I will contnue to do it!! Thanx again for the motivation!! I had só many of the symptoms you explained.. and sfter stopping sugar and starch, I started to get my life back!! Be blessed Dr!! Keep on teaching. Hesta Benson.
I’ve finally got my sugar under control. Started high fibre keto a few weeks back. Lost 10lbs and wasn’t hungry. Wish I’d discovered this years ago. My new way of eating from now on.
Thank you @michellesmcleod for sharing your great results and helping inspire others. That is so awesome. I am thrilled that you have seen such great results. Keep it up! 😄
Whats funny when trying to explain Keto to people is how they give you the sideways stink-eye when you tell them you really don't get 'hungry' like you used to. At least for me, when I'm in Ketosis, if I have a big breakfast 3-4 eggs, 6-7oz bacon/sausage, 1 slice of rye bread for my 18g carbs and 6 PM rolls around and I'm not hungry though I sort of feel just the faintest inkling that maybe I could/should eat something. A number of times I'll just eat some cream cheese or similar and it can be days before I realize I'm having a hard time forcing myself to eat even the 1700-1800 calories at deficit. All sorts of back/musco-skeletal pain is 90-95% gone, not sure if its the 30-40# or a big drop in diet related inflammation.
Thank you @jessicazheng8750 for sharing your great results and helping inspire others. That is so awesome. I am thrilled that you have seen such great results. Keep it up! 😄
@@WesleyPillay-b1l I am chinese, I absolutely cannot eat any meals without rice or noodles. Now on keto, I use cauliflower rice to replace white rice, and spiralised zucchini to replace noodles. I am eating all kinds of meat, salmon, tuna and a lot of leafy greens. I use an app called "Carb manager" to control my carb intake, it is a very powerful and helpful tool, I would say withou this app i wouldnt manage this diet for sure.
I went keto in January, then carnivore in March. I'm good on carbs, but I struggle with sugar, mainly chocolate. What has helped you guys the most with sugar?
It has been almost two years since I cut out sugar and bread. I slowly cut out all other grains as well and what a huge difference it made! Indeed it is difficult with all the Christmas goodies all around and it is hard to resist all the delicious treats offered by family and friends, but absolutely worth it. No aches and pains is a great reward!
Today 29th December 2024, I am quitting sugar and carbs completely. In six months time, I should have hit my target of 60kg which is healthy for me. Thank you doctor Sten
I quit sugar, alcohol and carbs a year ago. At first I added in a ton of veggies but developed some bad sensitivities (oxalates, salicylates, histamine) leading to diarrhea, nausea, eczema…. Now, I’m mainly eating protein and fat. I’m at my ideal weight, working out, no cravings, rarely hungry, mentally clear and happy. This is so easy, spent 60 years learning how to feel good and now wish someone had told me to watch your TH-cam channel back in the 1970s. Young people are lucky to have access to you!!
How about looking for expert nutritionist especially from your local Seventh Day Adventist they will help. Fat and protein will have you suffer from bad cholesterol, unhealthy fats, veins blocakages
@@thetechnocrat6153 Very ideal, the whole idea is to make sure we have more components of organic, wholesome foods than processed ones. Take water, nuts, grains, fruits, vegetables, herbs. Avoid color, comp of milk and sugar
Thank you, for seriously helping to save my life. I had a stroke last year and this year you and a few other internet dr.'s have helped save my life. I couldn't get real advice on how to get better, I hired a dietician, and begged my doctors. They didn't help much. You helped, you gave me a true and real chance at surviving. I'm almost 1 year post stroke, I'm 80 pounds lighter, I can walk 4 to 6 miles at a time with no trouble. I'm a real and true health champion this year. Thank you. I'm down from 15 meds to 4, and my A1C is 5.2 😊I'm getting healthy! I'm 11 months sugar free.
@@feralon9570 Wow! So wonderful! Today was day one of me cutting sugar. I actually feel good and not hungry. I've been intermittent fasting and lowering my carbs for the past year and a half. Once you start feeling like you need to get out and you have energy, walk, walk, walk. You will get stronger every walk. I went from walking a few blocks to walking miles. You will get energy out of no where. It's crazy.
Just over 9 months on carnivore without sugar. Minimal carbs. Absolutely no fructose. Over fifty pounds lighter . Not as fit as I should be at 68, but am slowly getting there. Very much improved since December 2023. Sten, Bob Cyves, Robert Lustig, Ford Brewer, Ken Berry and Erik Berg amongst others, do a fine job of explaining the biochemistry. All very watchable.
Had a sweet tooth all my life, now in my 60’s. Last year, after hearing that sugar feeds cancer, I stopped eating sugary things and drastically lowered my carb intake. This also included beer, hard for some people to hear I’m sure. Twelve months later I can confirm that everything in this video is true for me. I feel like I’ve wound back the clock 25 years, I now actually want to exercise more, and have reached the optimal weight for my height. As long as I’m not hit by a bus, or similar, I feel like I could live forever. Not actually possible, of course, but I’m happy to take 100.

@@drekberg I’m never going back to my old lifestyle. When it comes to health and nutritional information, based on non corrupted science, your channel is No.1 for me, so thank you! 👍
Very informative Doc. I quit sugar 16 years ago. I remember my sleep was hugely improved, stress and anxiety also. Since dropping sugar I have not been ill at all ! Not even a sore throat in 16 years !
How inspiring! I haven't had sugar in years. Except for cigarettes. I'm stopping them immediately. I have chronic pain and I hope I get some relief within a cpl weeks. Thanks for sharing.
Stopping sugars has been one of the hardest things I have tried to stop doing. It is a drug! I got my calendar out and today is my first day to better health. Thank you for making this video.
My sister shared about Dr. Sten on 29th Sept this was the first video I watched and took up the challenge on 30th sept Am on day 2. No sugar. I love myself so help me God. Health indeed is wealth.... I will be back on day 30 to share my report. Meantime watching more of Dr. Sten
Thanks to all of you for the encouragement! Attempting to reverse Stage 3 CKD and BPH. My PSA levels have decreased significantly over the last 18 months (11.83 to 4.32) so far (on my own and without meds). I have another bloodwork draw and check up on Sept. 26th and looking to even more positive results.
I'm on my second month of OMAD with high fibre ketovore (low carb, high fibre, high nutrient veg with high quality beef/lamb/goat/oily fish/eggs, a little mature cheese, nutritional yeast and double cream). I've lost 17lbs and 3.5" from my belly circumference. I feel amazing. No sugar, no upf, no seed oils. Just real food. 🇬🇧
I stopped sugar carbohydrates wheat grain and starches. Went from 207 to now 160. It takes a while to figure out this guy knows his stuff. Take me a year to commit. NOW... Unlimited energy, All your senses are heightened. Only sleep two or three hours a night. Good luck, health champions! takes a lot of discipline 🎉
@@joshsmith2077 only sleeping 3 hrs/night is something I used to brag about, but it’s not a good thing at all, I found out. It’s the next health challenge I’m tackling! I’m just starting to change my bad sleeping habits, which may even be harder than my food addictions. Less than 7 hrs of sleep has a negative impact on metabolism & brain health. But I see good sleep as part of the big picture of good health now. Some TH-camrs I’ve researched are Dr. Casey Means & Andrew Hauberman, who is a neurobiologist prof at Stanford. I hope you check it out!
I quit added sugar 15 years ago I had type two diabetes, I had high blood pressure on the verge of a heart attack, and I was very obese Now I have had the blood pressure of an 18 years old ever since(I am 55 years old) the diabetes eft almost straight away, all the weight fell off I was running up the stairs at work within a week to blow off energy All my food tastes amazing now and I haven’t had hunger pangs for 15 years
I quit sugar and all the other bad things in this video over two months ago. As discussed, I have had nearly all the benefits here. No joint pains at all, weight loss, better skin, no cravings, solid and comfortable gums and teeth. The best part though, is that I was told I had the beginnings of macular degeneration and blindness because there were drusen appearing on one retina. Six weeks after dropping all this bad food, including seed oils, I went for another exam and the ophthalmologist said the drusen were gone and both retinas were normal. Amazing!
@@AnneMB955 Yes I am. In my opinion most people with macular degeneration are needlessly going blind. Probably all they have to do is change their diet. It's what saved me.
And to think government have all this info, they know what kills us and continue to make it available so we can make them rich. It's sad really. I am making this challenge my new year resolution❤
@@jayceechin At first it was almost 100% carnivore since that's what my research indicated would work. Recently I have re-introduced just a small amount of carbs, but very little. My main motivation for doing all this was because of the eye problems. Again, the research indicated that those problems were most likely coming from the seed oils. So although I have begun again with just a little bit of carbs, I still am absolutely and positively not eating any seed oils at all. Probably never will again since I'm not really in the mood to go blind.
This doctor needs to be cloned and put into every medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about health. He is brilliant, and a gem of a person to anyone with common sense about how to improve their health in a sustained way. I just love learning from his simple to understand videos.. I respect this man immensely. 🙏🙏🙏
Dr. First off thank you. I am male 58 was 268 lbs max. I’m at 190lbs now via KETO NOMAD (and beer 🤣) for the last say 2.5 years. We got back into cycling and now we live where we can bicycle year round. Our daughter lost over 100 lbs and is keeping it off and has finally seen what health “looks like” and “feels like” . She bicycles and is now in our gym lots. IT’s beautiful to see. She has turned completely away from ANY sugars, carbs and starches and is excelling now. Now we have graduated I think to Carnivore OMAD, and it’s even better, and no more beer, as I can actually stay in KETOSIS. IT’s fantastic for us all.
I consider myself very healthy and am rarely sick. But I am sick now and wondered if sugar has weakened my immune system. Boy, was I surprised when Dr. Ekberg said if you get sick it probably follows a sugar binge. My sugar binge was Christmas. I was so sick of sweets by the time Christmas came I ate very little and have not eaten any of the leftovers. I can't wait to see how it affects my sleep as I can wake up every hour to go to the bathroom! I am excited to see the changes it makes so I have a personal testimony to share. I found this video just in time! Thank you!
I gave it up completely 5 months ago . Sugar , rice and all start such as rice and bread . I’ve lost 15 kilos . Considering I’m 5’6 feet and now I’m back to my weight When I was 16 years old . I never got hungry and always satisfied to the foods I’m eating now and feel a lot healthier . And no more snoring !!
I stopped eating sugar and refined carbs 28 days ago and have had the following results, i wasnt diabetic or pre-diabetic but did have an enlarged liver and am obese. I'm 57 years old, menopausal not on hrt. Skin definitely improved, less dry and itchy, hair thicker and fresh growth! and nails are stronger, eyesight improved to where i can read larger writing on bottles in shower without glasses, no IBS, no bloating, onsiderable liver shrinkage, no indigestion, solid sleep and less tired in the day, more energy, clearer head more focus at work and no brain fog, waking up with fresher breath, coping better with stress and no anxiety, feeling happier and lost 9 inches around the waist and 26lbs. I found i was peeing a lot overnight for 7 days rather than 1 but imagine that was due to obesity and shedding a lot of fluid weight. I dropped 10lbs in week 1.
Thank you for this. I have eliminated almost all sugars for almost a year and have significantly improved my health on all levels. Dropped 30 pounds and kept it off. Improved my dental. My immune system is rock solid. I have no cravings and while I cheat once in a while because I am a baker, I am very quick to reverse the behavior. In truth, eliminating sugar has been a complete game changer. And yet I cannot get any of my family members to listen to me. This video is going to help significantly! Thank you so much!
Stopped sugar, cakes, ice cream, candies 18 months ago. Stopped all refined carbs except for cheat meals, maybe 1 time per week. Works for me. Lost 3 store and managed to get off 3 of my 4 blood pressure meds. Not sure I'll ever be off all of them, but I'll live with that.
Thank you @MAGNUM2F for sharing your great results and helping inspire others. That is so awesome. I am thrilled that you have seen such great results. Keep it up! 😄
I was just saying tonight to my partner that I am addicted to sugar. I’ve given up many naughty things in my life and the last things that I gave up were alcohol and cigarettes. That was 2 years ago. Recently I have become really addicted to sugar. I watched this video and I will start 30 days no sugar and have lower amounts of brown carbs. I will see how the carbs affect me and my sugar cravings. Hopefully I will be back in 30 days singing my own praises!!!😂

Sorry sweetie,my Dad died of Diabetes at 67 and recently I was also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and on medication, take it easy let's pray for the healing
Decided to do something about my weight before starting a new job in exactly 30 days from today by cutting out sugar and I stumbled across Dr. Sten Ekberg's video! Must be a confirmation so I am definitely going to try my utmost best. Thanks for highlighting the damaging effects of eating sugar!
I am from Denmark and follow all your videos, they are insanely good and they motivate me, I have started the 30 days without sugar, and am on day 5, I also do keto and fast 8/16. thanks for all your knowledge.😊
Tack så mycket för du gör såna värdefulla videor. Jag har lärt mig väldigt mycket. För fyra månader sedan har jag slutat äta socker ,började fasta, gick ner i vikt 10,5 kg. Det känns jätte bra.
I been following Sten’s advice since 01/01/2024 I suffer from multiple sclerosis, reoccurring ADEM, fatty liver disease, prostate problems, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, type 2 diabetes. Since I changed my diet, and added a few supplements all my problems cleared up, I am going off of disability, and going back to work now 👍 Thanks Sten ❤
My A1C result registered at 6.6 and was diagnosed as diabetic last July 3rd, 2024. My doctor gave me 6 months to lose weight before giving me medication. I was 202lbs, BMI was at 32.6 (obese). So the next day, I started quitting added sugar and minimal carbs. I was able to skip breakfast altogether because luckily, I'm used to it anyways. Lunch was the biggest meal for me, with a big bowl of blanched or sauteed veggies, humus or baba ganoush dip, sprinkled with chia and flax seeds, and a small serving of meat or fish. I also followed Glucose Revolution's suggestion to eat fiber first, then protein, then carbs last (minimal to none for me). When I felt hungry, I ate a handful of blueberries, sometines with greek yogurt, or nuts (cashews or almonds) and water. I also found a flourless cookie recipe which is peanut butter, eggs, baking soda and stevia, (88% dark chocolate optional). Same thing for dinner but less meat if I can manage. I also ate baked tofu with spices as a substitute. Also did some exercise like walking atleast 5,000 steps 3- 5 times a week. In only a few weeks time I was able to cut out added carbs completely. I also realized I'm getting less and less hungry, so I refined my diet even more by eating more veggies and fruits with low GI and less meat (substituted with tofu). Two months to this day I've lost 22lbs, my BMI at 29.0 (from obese to overweight), BP hasn't spiked since and overall, I feel great, and will keep on going!
Thank you for this video Dr.Ekberg. We just made the decision a few days ago to do a 30 day No Refined Sugar challenge. We will post back our results. We pray for all. Blessings & Love Coach C❤️🙏🏽💪🏽
You can do anything for thirty days. 😊 At first your brain tries to convince you that you're missing out on something but that's the sugar gremlin whispering in your ear. If you can increase protein healthy fats and veggies that keep you fuller longer and it can help with cravings. I can tell when I've been consuming too much sugar and sugar substitutes. It's summer time and I love peaches and strawberries but I was eating too many and it has been causing cravings, mood swings and aching in the joints of my fingers. Your body doesn't look at the sugars found in fruit differently than refined sugar even sugar substitutes can stimulate insulin response (maybe not for everyone but for me they do). A year ago I began with cutting back and cutting out sugary drinks and sweets really junk food in general. After a while I was able to even taste the sweetness in red wine vinegar. The benefit for me drastically reducing sugar as well as bread, pasta and rice. In about 6-8 months went from a size 20 to a size 14 and at the one year mark, the weight so far is staying off. A reframe might be to think of introducing sugar to your diet like sprinkling poison on your food. What ever works for you you can do it. 👍
I quit eating starches, refined processed foods, and refined sugar six years ago (keto diet). I haven't had a cavity, nor have I been to a doctor since. I'm 75 - healthy as a horse!
Excellent testimonial I am thinking of quitting white sugar and cut down carb. I will be thrilled if I can blood sugar down. Thanks Dr Sten and beautiful comments.
I took this 30day challenge and am amazed how much better I feel. My doctor was nearly giddy. My blood work was all in normal range. Blood glucose 88. Thank you so much. My weight is down 16 lbs since May.
I am going to take this 30 day challenge .I feel everything you said Dr Sten Ekberg makes so much sense . I look forward to this challenge and the benefits to my body .. Thank you for how you explain what harms are done and how it happens and how to incorporate a better and more Heather way of living.
I'm in the UK. Inspired by your videos I began LCHF in January this year and have lost 42lbs. My fitness has returned through swimming and walking and I feel amazing. I haven't cut carbs completely, but I don't eat rice, potatoes or bread after 17.00 I have refrained from sugar and processed foods. I now only eat berries and loads of cruciferous vegetables. I eat three times a day, have upped the protein and don't have any cravings. Thank you Dr Ekberg.
Thank You @cherrybee9071 for joining me in the no sugar challenge and for sharing your experience. I really appreciate you stepping up and helping me in changing the world's paradigm on food and health.😀
I'm 56 years old and weighed almost 190 lbs at 5'9" tall. I quit sugar/carbs for the past 6 weeks and started working out with weights daily as well as cardio (mountain biking every other day). I'm now 167 lbs and have abs again. Anyone can do this!...you just have to want to be healthy. I still eat low carb greek yogurt, and occasional jasmine rice. I also eat organic fruits like blueberries, raspberrries and kiwi with breakfast. I haven't felt this energetic, pain free and mentally clear since I was in my 20s. No bread, no granular sugar, no packaged foods.
Yes processed foods, sugar is like drug, it's better to avoid it. We see daily who eats them daily and it's crazy you see it to or yourself what these are doing to us humans.
I have now stopped eating sugar for 4 months. I don't have depressive episodes and brain fogs. I am much more alert and mentally and physically fitter. I wish I had done this earlier in my life.
At start of pandemic, February 2020, I stumbled across this channel and started transitioning my diet. Over about 2-3 months, I went from 3-4 meals a day plus 3-6 snacks, changed nothing, just ate all the snacks until they were gone, then didn't replace them. Next, ate one meal less every 2-3 days, for about 2 weeks. So after about 6-8 weeks, I was down to one meal a day. I didn't really change what I ate or how much in total, except I cut out all sugar, honey, jelly, processed snacks, and added extra butter, olive oil, coconut oil, and reduced pasta and rice a bit. Ate more eggs. 3 important changes occured by 6 months. I had lost about 30% of my body weight, from 210 to 150-ish (I have a disability with low muscle mass thus lower weight), my weight in my youth had been 120-130, thus my “ideal”. The second thing was that my “high” cholesterol, for which I had been prescribed a statin but only taken for a week or two, came down all by itself. The third thing, for the past 4 years, I have not once been sick, except sneeze here or there, one or two mild fevers, one or two sore throats. No ailment lasting more than about 6 hours or so, or less, and so minor as not to be noticeable. I still eat rice or pasta daily, as I feel violently unwell without some. I could optimize further, but being poor and on fixed income and food benefits, I can't afford full keto, so I must rely on cheap rice or pasta or potatos as fillers to keep me feeling satiated but also from feeling unwell. It makes it impossible to lose the final 20-30 pounds. But I can still have cake and ice cream once a month or so, maintain weight, accept a few days of cravings and sore neck lymph nodes as a result of the sugar hit. Not the best but way better than I was doing. Less mood eating as well, so much less. I eat when hungry, I eat to restore energy and maintain body.
I'm similar in that I 'need' a slice of toast (Rye) with breakfast. So thats my 18g of carbs for the day. That cheap rice, pasta and potatoes are probably whats keeping you plateud(sp). Swap those out with low starch vegetables, which should be lower carb and cost same or less. Are you sure your in ketosis, and not just on a low carb diet? Daily rice/pasta/potatoes, unless we're talking spoonfuls, are 16-20 carbs for about 2 teaspoonsful.
Within one week of stopping sugar, the terrible pain in both my knees was about 85% less! I've been suffering for the past 10 years! Within 6 weeks, I lost 12 pounds! I'm serious! The swelling in my knees has decreased drastically! Thank you ❤
Good day good souls! I recently finished reading Robin Sharma's newest book "the wealth money can't buy" And in one of the chapters he issued a 30day sugar free challenge. My 30days sugar free ended on August 22nd and I've decided to just keep on with the fast. Along with intermittent fasting and two workouts a day, sometimes adding a hike on top of that I have lost 23lbs. Delicious snacks abound in the apartment, do to my roomate, but I have lost all the cravings for them. When I first began I did have to pick up the bag of chips or lemon biscottis, from time to time, read the ingredients say my little mantra "I deserve better". Another auto suggestion that helped me is "I've had it before". I look forward to seeing what I can achieve in a year with this level of discipline. God bless.
I took your challenge. I stopped all sugar and significantly reduced grains and starches. I also combined it with intermittent fasting. So I lost 10 pounds and for the first time in my life I have low triglycerides and my small LDL is down well below average. Since the challenge I've lost an additional 10 lbs and I'm basically close to my weight of when I was 18. Additionally, I recently had an ultrasound of my liver and there is no fatty liver. This is the way! It works TX
I was diagnosed with PCOS in January 2024. I watched many of your videos and they helped me stay focused and stick to a low carb diet. I also walk a lot. While my diet isn’t perfect, I have cheat days, I cut back on carbs and sugar considerably. Stevia and erythritol are my best friends. Whole foods became my staple foods. I learned a lot from your videos so I’d like to thank you for your hard work. Since January I’ve lost 16 kg which is mind blowing. It’s likely that I reversed my insulin resistance, too (but I have to be tested on that). My weight loss has been slow and consistent (losing 1-2 kg a month maximum) but now my BMI is normal. I was nearly obese.
I’m the living proof that quiting sugar can help healing most skin problems. Almost a year since I quit it and my skin has never looked so healthy and young - and I’m on my 40s! Thanks, Dr Ekberg, for being so amazing!
Finally broke down.... started keto. Two weeks in found myself having balance issues. My bp was bottoming out. Had to stop my bp meds. Yes, stopped them! 4 months into keto I'm off all bp meds, no more arthritis inflammation, energy for days, and my blood work is great! You think it's going to be more expensive to eat keto, but once you cut out all the snack foods and constant eating because the empty carbs and it's cheaper.
I did this almost three years ago , long before seeing this video just today. I had standard blood work done for an annual check up. I shared the results with an old friend, a pharmacist, who laid it on the line and told me if I wanted to see my grandkids grow up I'd better 1. cut sugar out 2. cut carbs to LOW LOW LOW 3. eat more butter and avocados. I did that, starting the next day. The result? in three months my blood work was NORMAL. My body aches, pains and stiffness were gone. I was sleeping better than I had in many years. My asthma disappeared. My gout disappeared. Now , if I''m away from home for a week and "forced" to eat breads, etc I can feel it in my joints..... Not fun. Thirty days is doable, treat yourself to a better life and leave sugar/wheat behind.
In 2022, my fasting blood glucose was 102 and my hA1C was 5.4. I decided to cut out sweets including honey, syrup, cookies, pastries, cakes, candy, etc. In 2023, my fasting blood glucose was 121 and my hA1C was 5.7. I decided to go low carbohydrates. In 2024, my non-fasting blood glucose was 103 and my hA1C was 5.3. I believe I on the right track now. On a side note, my IBS chronic diarrhea of many years went away after three months on a low carbohydrate diet.
Sold! Got off sugar many years ago for a year and felt great, then backslid. Now, at 72 with lots of inflammation, brain fog, chronic sinusitus and over-active bladder at night, I know this is just what the doctor ordered! Thank you Dr!
I started 3 weeks ago and its like Magic, I am diabetic, my sugar has never been so low, 106-130, it used to be 160-220 and higher. I stopped metformin, stopped insulin, stopped even Ozempic pills ( Rybelsus). I lost 9 Lb and my pants went down a size from 36 to 32. this is only 3 weeks.... but I also do Intermittent fasting. I had some days of craving, but its over. I start with a coffee in the morning, (cut down to 1 Splenda from 2) no soda, I only drink water. I have my 1st meal around 10:30 in the morning , sometimes 12:30 , depends. and then I have as a snack some nuts, pistachios, then I have an early dinner and thats it. IT WORKS and I dont think of food anymore..... no carbs, no sugar. I want to reverse my diabetis.
I actually really "Love" sugar, I am slim, but did not like up and downs moods. Anyways, I cut it 100% now for 3 months. I don't have anymore cravings, my mood and energy even from morning to dawn. have a better sleep. My husband did the same. I did not think he would pull, but same result. He is working out a lot and at 69 looks like he is 36. I strongly encourage everyone to give a try!
@TheFirstRealChewy lol, right? I think what is happening is that a lot of people are waking up to finding out that they were lied to by sources of authority (gov, FDA, doctors, etc.) , and so now they don't believe in reality anymore.
@@flinx649 I suppose the same is true for a lot of truths. Many people can't accept a reality that doesn't match what they believe to be true. It's a surefire way to close your mind and never learn anything new, that's for sure.
I didn’t quit sugar but I was on a low carb diet for 3 months and hadn’t drank soda or hadn’t ate white bread….last week I had my first white bread and sugary drink and it did not taste the same….it actually made me sick in the stormach
@@drekberg thanks Dr Ekberg, your explanations for all your videos are very easy to understand for the average person to make changes in their diet and lifestyle to improve their health…..I wish your videos could be translated to the language of my parents so they could fully understand how our body works so they can better understand and make changes….it’s tough for me to explain to my parents in their native tongue what insulin resistance is but hopefully in the future there will be ways of translating your videos into other languages 😊
I started cutting out sugar before I watched this video. I can 💯 % agree with everything that it says! I'm in shock at the new me who feels better, sleeps better, who is 14lbs lighter, enjoying a wider variety of healthy foods, 0 cravings, and on and on, I feel better. I quit sugar 438 days ago. The best decision of my life.
What about fruits, are they ok/less bad or just as bad for IR? any guidelines there?
Sugar is Sweet 👅
I quit sugar a month ago and all porcessed foods.... except for Milk and my blood sugars have dropped.... but still have a long way to go
Does this include fruits?
Great job!!.
Great to hear what you have been doing this well done it’s brilliant.
I’m a trucker too. Lotta things in the truck stops to tempt us.

It is now 10:07 PM. I have decided to start this "30-Day Challenge" immediately, beginning tomorrow morning; 12/30/24. Thank you, Dr. Ekberg.
I am starting my 30-day challenge tomorrow - Dec. 26, 2024!
Me toooo
We can do this !
i will too start from tomorrow -Dec. 28,2024 with no sugars
Me too
Good luck!!January 1st, 2025 for me!!
Have you experienced a lot of peeing the first few days? That is known as losing water weight = first 5 to 7 pounds.
Keep it up

Been two weeks. You good?
I can tell you what happened to my body after giving up all sugar for 30 days. I lost 12 pounds from 189 to 177. 9 months later I weigh 145, am off statin drugs, my blood work is off the charts good and I feel alive!
Thank you @gilream for sharing your great results and helping inspire others. That is so awesome. I am thrilled that you have seen such great results. Keep it up! 😄
@@drekberg thanks to you for all precious infos and Dr. Berg's. I am already in the 32th day of NO-added-sugar intermittent fasting, was 181 Kilograms and now
1. Feel much much better
2. No cravings
Now, no metformin, no eutirox, no joint pain....and at 68 I have my old weight of 65 kg
But, this is a real challenge, because I did not quit all sugar and starches. Ready to try😊

What is T2B?

Thank you for this video. Today is the day to start getting healthy all over again!!! I did it once I can do it again! I will try to report back in 30 days!
That's the beauty of knowledge. Once you have it then, even if you ignore it for a while, you can tap into it at any time and continue on!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🍀🌈🍀
Same thing happened to me. I now realize that Keto is a lifestyle and not just a temporary duty to loose weight. I hate sugary foods now and been near carnivore for almost 60 days I feel great and my recent blood work was way better than before. No cholesterol issues, my testosterone went up and I have energy as I did in my early 30s. ( Doubt I'll ever have the energy I had in my early 20s, that would be amazing) But the best thing is I am looking forward to aging healthy instead of a decrepit old man
Good luck to you. You’re going to be here on 1of october👍

Seed oils are very inflammatory. You can have nuts and pork rinds but cut out grains.

Going carnivore now!

go for it my friend
Lol
The taste bud part actually concerns me
I enjoy so many things I could not stand in my childhood and I figure its because my taste buds are so much weaker
Do you eat fruits?
Hey doctor. I'm 24 year old male from India, I stopped eating sugar since the last 2 years and my life is changed. Keep spreading the word
I will try to do so ..have big time sweet tooth...hope i can live without sweet😢
Can you share your diet with me? I was also diagnosed with myasthenia gravis in 2019. Did you have a meal plan?
Go and test your health status again
@hestabenson4984 don’t be hard on yourself. Suzanne Somers said after three meals you are back on track.
Keep it up! 😄
For your overall healths sake and especially gut, i hope you will discover carnivore next❤ the difference is almost as big as standard diet--->keto
If you get gut issues like I did then quickly stop all fiber. Go carnivore
All sorts of back/musco-skeletal pain is 90-95% gone, not sure if its the 30-40# or a big drop in diet related inflammation.
quitted sugar and did keto for 2 months now after watching doctor Ekberg ❤❤ doing great and lost 9 kg😊😊
Thank you @jessicazheng8750 for sharing your great results and helping inspire others. That is so awesome. I am thrilled that you have seen such great results. Keep it up! 😄
Great, please share keto meal ideas. 😊

I quit sugar 438 days ago. The best decision of my life.
Quit around the same time. Probably one of the best health decisions you can make.
quit 1k plus days ago, dont miss it at all
I went keto in January, then carnivore in March. I'm good on carbs, but I struggle with sugar, mainly chocolate. What has helped you guys the most with sugar?
@@cece5767 I use raw, cold-extracted honey in my teas. No more junks.
why?? say some more please!
Starting the challenge right now!! Dec 27th 2024! Will report back. 🎉
Let's do it together!
May I join you?
Let’s go!!!
I like this but will it sound good to start it off at my ideal age of 37½years?
@@thetechnocrat6153
Very ideal, the whole idea is to make sure we have more components of organic, wholesome foods than processed ones. Take water, nuts, grains, fruits, vegetables, herbs.
Avoid color, comp of milk and sugar
Thanks for this revelation. I start today .what of milk?? Am obese and want so much to cut off some weight. Hope I will succeed.
I developed the same sensitivities and am how doing my best to do more of fat and protein though expensive. Thanks for sharing
But I've been dabbling with sugar and I have a lot of inflammation and pain in my knees. I'm ready for it to go!
that is just simply fantastic !
Can you explain to me that how it to do and how i can tell that i"m remove sugar, what food should i eat to avoid sugar....thanks
@@karenaguba8687, I eat meat, cheese, veggies fresh or frozen only. No potatoes, or root veggies, I do eat carrots once in a while.. You can drink tea with some artificial sugar or plain (I can't my body doesn't tolerate tea. If I feel like a "snack" which is rare, I'll have a few nuts. I don't eat fruit, you can. You just got to want to do it. I don't eat keto, I eat more keto-vour. meaning I eat lots of red meat. I have a rare diet root beer if I really want a "cheat". I get my doctor to test my A1C every three months. I did use a dietician for a while and she would tell me which tests to ask for. Good luck on your journey! Once you start feeling like you need to get out and you have energy, walk, walk, walk. You will get stronger every walk. I went from walking a few blocks to walking miles. You will get energy out of no where. It's crazy.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I am sugar free for 2 years now,. I am trying to spread the healing news. God Bless!
Any fruit?
I quit sugar for 7months onward and I feel so light and energetic which I never felt good this much before
Day 1 of cutting sugar from my diet. I will keep you posted on my progress.
I didn't know that sugar is a drug
Helloo how's tge progress soo far😊
Beer is difficult to understand, indeed high carb

I quit added sugar 15 years ago
I had type two diabetes, I had high blood pressure on the verge of a heart attack, and I was very obese
Now I have had the blood pressure of an 18 years old ever since(I am 55 years old) the diabetes eft almost straight away, all the weight fell off
I was running up the stairs at work within a week to blow off energy
All my food tastes amazing now and I haven’t had hunger pangs for 15 years
Thanks
I quit sugar and all the other bad things in this video over two months ago. As discussed, I have had nearly all the benefits here. No joint pains at all, weight loss, better skin, no cravings, solid and comfortable gums and teeth. The best part though, is that I was told I had the beginnings of macular degeneration and blindness because there were drusen appearing on one retina. Six weeks after dropping all this bad food, including seed oils, I went for another exam and the ophthalmologist said the drusen were gone and both retinas were normal. Amazing!
That’s wonderful. You must be so relieved.
What do you eat?
@@jayceechin At first it was almost 100% carnivore since that's what my research indicated would work. Recently I have re-introduced just a small amount of carbs, but very little. My main motivation for doing all this was because of the eye problems. Again, the research indicated that those problems were most likely coming from the seed oils. So although I have begun again with just a little bit of carbs, I still am absolutely and positively not eating any seed oils at all. Probably never will again since I'm not really in the mood to go blind.

What do you eat all the day?
Let's all PROTECT this doctor at all costs! Lifesaving information to break out of the medical/hospital "prisons".
You’ve convinced me to finally give up sugar! Thank you for sharing!
I can't believe this
Thank you for this.
Starting 30 day challenge…. I’ll report back. Thanks for the motivation I needed! December 30th 2024.

That’s truly awesome.
Bravo! 😃
Good for you. Keep going ..
Dr Ekberg's on the money with his advice . Started at end of August, 193 wt. Now end of December 172 wt.. Feel alot better.
Fabulous efforts! I'm inspired 😊

I stopped sugar . How about the sweet fruits like apples, oranges and mangoes to name just a few. Do these fruits cause any harm?
Com'è andata?😊😊
@@Warp9pnt9 you are doing well 👍
Within one week of stopping sugar, the terrible pain in both my knees was about 85% less! I've been suffering for the past 10 years! Within 6 weeks, I lost 12 pounds! I'm serious! The swelling in my knees has decreased drastically! Thank you ❤
I have been feeling pain in my knees too and yes..opting sugar out made the difference ❤
What foods did you cut out ?
Good day good souls!
I recently finished reading Robin Sharma's newest book "the wealth money can't buy"
And in one of the chapters he issued a 30day sugar free challenge.
God bless.
18lbs*
Apparently the improvements in cognitive function has yet to reach the area of my brain responsible for simple addition.
I like your mantras, helpful!!!
I'm glad you found them useful good soul!
God bless

I have been diagnosed as type 2 since 1984. I am not on any medication. I follow the meal plan my doctor prescribed and I am doing well. ❤
He's 100% right. I'm at 167lbs, down from 191lbs, with reduced carbs & sugar. Also, no more high blood pressure meds and high cholesterol medication.
I don’t eat sugar . I gave it up years ago. I don’t drink alcohol. I don’t smoke . I live on carb- free Mediterranean diet- religiously.
Un bon musulman en somme 😂😅 c'est exactement ce que nous oblige notre religion l'Islam de manger sainement faire du sport méditation spiritualité...
Boy your no fun!! Just kidding. I’m the same!! Good job. That’s HARD to do!!
This helped minimize effects of my osteoarthritis immensely
I’m the living proof that quiting sugar can help healing most skin problems. Almost a year since I quit it and my skin has never looked so healthy and young - and I’m on my 40s! Thanks, Dr Ekberg, for being so amazing!
then u what r eating? plz tell me
@ basically meals that are built around protein and fats, no processed foods and no sugar, like I said… :)
Thank you for this video. I've been doing without sugar for a week, and I am amazed at how my appetite has been cut down. No cravings.
I’m on the slimmer side also and am worried that I will lose too much weight if I cut out sugar. Did you lose a lot of weight?
Some people are so stubborn and brainwashed that they still don't think there is a connection between health and what we eat. It's sad.
I don't know how. If I consume poison I'll die.😅
@TheFirstRealChewy lol, right? I think what is happening is that a lot of people are waking up to finding out that they were lied to by sources of authority (gov, FDA, doctors, etc.) , and so now they don't believe in reality anymore.
It is almost impossible to convince anyone... I quit even talking about it to anyone...unless they ask.
@@flinx649 I suppose the same is true for a lot of truths. Many people can't accept a reality that doesn't match what they believe to be true. It's a surefire way to close your mind and never learn anything new, that's for sure.
I’m starting the 30day challenge today ..I will give a report the following month..God bless us all
After watching this video, I stopped taking Sugar for 3 months, I lost 8 kgs of weight. Everyone should try this once for resolving their ailments
Quit sugar 4 years ago when I started keto love it down 90 pounds.
I didn’t quit sugar but I was on a low carb diet for 3 months and hadn’t drank soda or hadn’t ate white bread….last week I had my first white bread and sugary drink and it did not taste the same….it actually made me sick in the stormach
Thank You @xdgs567z. Good for you. Your taste buds will change. That stuff isn't really good 😄
@@drekberg thanks Dr Ekberg, your explanations for all your videos are very easy to understand for the average person to make changes in their diet and lifestyle to improve their health…..I wish your videos could be translated to the language of my parents so they could fully understand how our body works so they can better understand and make changes….it’s tough for me to explain to my parents in their native tongue what insulin resistance is but hopefully in the future there will be ways of translating your videos into other languages 😊
I started cutting out sugar before I watched this video. I can 💯 % agree with everything that it says! I'm in shock at the new me who feels better, sleeps better, who is 14lbs lighter, enjoying a wider variety of healthy foods, 0 cravings, and on and on, I feel better. I literally feel clearer in my brain!! ❤
Dr. Sten is the best at explaining “the why” behind his health information. I have learned so much. Thank you, Doc. You are the best!
