    To answer the most common questions:
    1 - You can certainly use a juicer to make these (as mentioned later in the video). I used the blender method in this video for those who don’t have a juicer.
    2 - You do not have to add the tinctures. They just help to boost the immune benefiting properties even more.
    3 - I usually take one shot per day for health maintenance. However, when I’m sick or during the height of flu season, I’ll take up to 2-3 shots per day (different recipes).
    Of course, always consult with your doctor beforehand, especially if you’re on prescription meds or are pregnant.

    Suggestion….. I would add the droppers of various extracts to your bowl of juice after you squeeze it through the milk cloth. Extracts are expensive and there is no guarantee that you are actually getting the amount you drop in after squeezing the juice out, the could get trapped in with the pulp. So, I would blend your fruits/veggies,squeeze through the milk cloth, then add your extracts. Stir it while it’s in the bowl and then pour into you mini bottles. More guarantee that you will get more benefits of the extracts.😊

I'm currently taking the orange, lemon, ginger, and turmeric one already. I've been prepping those for about 2 weeks. However, I've been looking for others to try. I will definitely add these in! Also, I have a juicer and still have been doing the blender method but didn't even think of using a mesh bag to help juice it. I've been hand straining it....don't ask lol it's alot. Anyways, thank you so much! Lastly, your outfit matched your eyes perfectly. They're beautiful. :)

    Hey, love that you are promoting natural complimentary medications that are great for immune boosting and detoxification, however just wanted to warn that some complimentary medications can have serious interactions with other medications you may be taking, so always check for interactions first! An example would be tumeric and ginger - both can cause thinning of the blood - and if taken with warfarin or aspirin could cause profuse bleeding from even small cuts due to thinning of the blood. Just wanted to comment as a reminded to everyone! Have a beautiful day, stay healthy and fabulous!

    Could've used this 2 weeks ago lol I have a pretty goof immune system I rarely get sick besides seasonal allergies, thanks for this! Are any of these safe for children? I have a 10 and 4 year and flu runs rapid in their school.

    I’m new here. I make this with my blender but I drink 16 ounces at a time. How many of the shots do you drink a day? I use mine to deal with lupus inflammation. By the way the ginger and turmeric does work! Is there anything that will work other than black pepper? Black pepper makes my stomach feel like labor pain. My stomach stays hard for days. I really like your videos. Thank you

      That’s what’s always prevented me from juicing. I just can’t make sense of wasting all that pulp and not eating it. There’s so many nutrients and fiber being wasted if you’re not using the leftover pulp too.

    I think if I were storing them in the freezer, I would use non plastic ice cube trays first, then maybe keep them in larger reusable bags. I hate using plastic when I don't have to!

    • @KaylaJChandler
      @KaylaJChandler  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That could work too! But, you'd still need to defrost them before consuming.

    Excellent that you mentioned the addition of black pepper with the turmeric. The piperine in the black pepper increases the absorption rate of the turmeric.

    Update: Just bought the Ninja Cold Press Juicer… and lemme tell you.. it’s easier on your hands of course. But LOVING these recipes! Thank you for blessing us with this knowledge 😭 ❤😊

      Cold press juicer also preserves the nutrients better since it does not oxidize. The blender is way less ideal

    I'm sorry if someone has already asked this but do you take all of the different shots throughout the day? Or do you just take a single shot and alternate between different ones depending on the need. Hope that makes sense 😅

    When is the best time to drink them? Im guessing in the morning on empty stomach? Or could it be also beneficial before bed? Thank you for these great tips Kayla 🙂

    • @KaylaJChandler
      @KaylaJChandler  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The ones with matcha and Ashwagandha have a slight energizing effect so those are the only two I’d encourage drinking in the mornings; the others can be taken anytime of day ☺️

    Hey! This might be a silly question, but is there a reason you separate out the pulp? I'm a pulp lover and was curious if the pulp was being removed for a particular reason, or if I could leave it in. Thanks so much for sharing these recipes!

    • @KaylaJChandler
      @KaylaJChandler  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Definitely not a silly question... by separating out the pulp, it makes each shot more concentrated since most of the beneficial immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory compounds are in the liquid (not the pulp). If I want the pulp (for the fiber), I'll just make myself a smoothie ;)

      @@KaylaJChandler Can you use the same proportions in your recipes for the smoothie - and - would you continue adding the other items (ex: turkey tail, etc.)
