    Stress is a major factor in disease.A lot of people don't realize that stress doesn't just mean anger or fears it can also be having a strong annoyance toward somebody.

    Great video. She alludes to what the real problem is at different points at about 9, 15 and 21 minutes in. And she didn't do just one thing; she did a combination of things, each building on the other in synergistic fashion. We often look for that one thing that will make our problem(s) go away. She just proved that there is no magic bullet through her personal testimony.
    Nonetheless, great video. Please keep 'em coming!

    In 1986 I had a bout of eczema that discolored both cheeks. It looked like I had black contour on my cheeks. I have never been able to get rid of it. I had been vegetarian for 2 years but in January I decided to bite the bullet and go vegan. So yesterday I was watching this video and unconsciously touched my cheek. It felt different, I went to look in the bathroom mirror. Both my cheeks are clear!! It took 38 years but it is finally gone!!

    I've been doing keto for about a year and I've lost a nice amount of weight. But now, I think I want to switch gears and stop focusing on weight loss and just health. I can't help but to notice how vibrant and glowing plant based eaters are. Especially High Carb Hannah, Plantiful Kiki and Kimberly Snyder. These women are all pushing 40 (maybe older) and they all look like they are still in their twenties.....

      @@ChoosingMyHealth Been Vegan since March of 2019. But I too experienced health challenges & imbalances in my past. And to me your video was confirmation on how I need to go back to the basics of juicing more & less processed. When you are on the go it is quick to grab that so called processed plant based snack or meal. But I noticed my skin has been off the charts lately with break outs; which I normally don't experience often but this has been pretty consistent lately. So I'm going to do a detox, reset and chill out/stay away from the processed side of things for a bit. I know better... 😊

    This video is so useful. I have been researching a lot about healing my acne from inside out. My acne is both digestive and hormonal. As opposed to everyone, im underweight since my childhood. Now im 24. And to gain weight I've been hitting gym and eating lots of protein which made me take 3 glasses of milk daily..and oh my god my acne flared up so bad. And also i was having constipation issues because of that. After some research i got to know it could be because of dairy. And not taking dairy for just 2 days makes me see a visible change in my skin but its just SO hard. Cause even if i take a smoothie/milkshake once a week, im getting breakouts. It makes me wonder why i was not this allergic to dairy since my childhood but suddenly this happened?! I wanna gain weight and also clear up my acne but im struggling a lot on that rn. Hope i find a way to balance this out soon! ♥️

    Great video!! I too am on this journey. I cut back on a lot of processed vegan goods and trying to get more raw and or Whole Foods plant based. It’s a struggle right now but I try to do some juice cleansing when I can. I trust that soon by God’s grace I can fully transition into it being only Whole Foods plant based and raw mostly 🙏🏾💚.
    And yes same. My skin too sensitive to use any of those crazy cleansers and systems out there. I just use gentle soaps like Castile soap or sometimes the black soap or honey based soap. I’m also reintroducing oil cleansing again. What I need to find is a good follow up moisturizer that my skin truly likes and actually adds moisture to the skin. Looking forward to you sharing more of your journey!

      Sis I can totally relate! I firmly believe little is much when God is in it. He’ll multiply and honor your efforts. Also, I have found success with applying aloe Vera gel to my face, with a light dab of castor oil to seal in moisture. Patch test first to see how it agrees with you. Thank you for riding with me on this journey sis 💜🙏🏽

    • @ChoosingMyHealth
      @ChoosingMyHealth  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Ariel! Both are amazing. One will give you a higher nutrient concentration (juicing) because it removes the fiber. The second retains the fiber (which also has benefits), so you'll have to drink more to get the same concentration of nutrients as the juice. Both are good options. It really depends on your needs and what you are able to do.

    Thank you for this! I’m still struggling despite the fact I’ve been vegan. Not going to lie, I eat some processed food sometimes including the processed meat. It’s tough to break old habits 🥲 . Do you recommend organic foods? And do you limit your fruit intake? I tried going raw last year and I broke out extensively. Any suggestions? 🙏🏽

      I understand Suinda! Do the best you can honey. Baby steps. Organic is great if you can afford it. Locally grown can sometimes be even cleaner and cheaper. Check out Farmers Markets. Whatever it is, just do the best you can with what you have. I don’t limit my fruit, and I do the best I can to just have a balanced diet with food from all plant based categories: fruit, veggies, whole grains, tubers, legumes, nuts and seeds 💜🤗

      Hey! I juiced and went high raw for a while kinda in tandem. Still do lots of raw today along with a whole food plant based lifestyle.
