it's scary knowing how hard it is for some of us to bring feelings back once they're gone. Personally I've only gotten back together with one ex, and regretted it. Never done it again since. I don't imagine other people are too different, but ultimately it's their loss. They had you wrapped around their finger and took it for granted, even if they didn't realize it at the time

I just realized that No-Contact is practically a reset button for everyone. For yourself, for your ex, and for the relationship. Watching all these videos and reading all the articles made me realize that you have to let the previous relationship die. No contact allows both parties to either revive it or start a new one, with or without each other.

As a matter of fact, if an ex never comes back and you focus on yourself, it will make you the price for either your ex or someone else. Remember, I’ve learned that the pain of a breakup is a fuel to focus on yourself and trust me, I’ve been through this and seen this from other people that were being dumped and focused on themselves and the exes came back. When you become your version 2.0, exes soon or later will notice the difference and the tables will turn. Trust in the progress. Time and space are your best friends, and it creates attraction. If your ex never comes back, especially if you did everything to them and you did the right thing, that’s their loss. Don’t forget that Karma exist and let Karma deal with your ex and you will see how things will blow your mind. That’s why I love watching these break up coaches because they know how to speak facts and it does work.

Little update, it’s been 6 months since the breakup and thanks to no contact I’m slowly getting better. I’m still in pain but I feel like I’m starting to move on and love myself. Stay strong everyone. If your ex doesn’t come back, that’s fine, you’ll get someone better.

She never came back, as much as it kinda stings from time to time, it's not as painful as it once was! Good luck out there folks, if the person is right for you then they will stay in your life!

Don't give up guys! It was 6-7 months of no contact before me and my ex talked again. However, I initiated the contact after seeing her at a friends party. She said that she couldn't reach out first because she was embarrased about breaking up with me,felt like a coward, had too much pride and thought i wouldn't forgive her. She said she wanted to get back with me a couple of days after the break up, but she listened to other peoples advice to not reach out too soon etc. But yeah, we've been talking and flirting for 2 months now and just taking it moderately slow. And ive just been so happy (hides).

She broke up with me again last year July. Been in no contact since then. I think its definately done for good. It's been a rollercoater of emotions, but I finally feel like myself again after a long time. Find happiness in yourself, not others.

If it's meant to be and that person really loved you, they will come back in a way or another. If not, you didn't lose nothing and that person didn't loved you at all.
If she cares she will reach out, even with an excuse or simply saying "hi".
I broke up with my gf 2 weeks ago and this is day 14 of radio silence. I cried a lot, but the best advice I can give you is to move on.
I don't mean to lose hope that she will come back.
I mean that your life WHILE you wait, can't be blocked. Go on, do other things, find new hobbies and focus on work. Sometimes it will happen when you really don't think about it anymore.
An ex will always come back in your life, can be months or years but that's a fact.
Think about it with negativity that she won't come back. If she will, trust me, you will be even more happy.
Don't check her on social media, don't watch the new friends she added or new posts/ig stories where she is happy. It would only hurt yourself. The only thing that count is when you see the notification from her. The rest? It's just pointless.
Stay strong. Things will get better.

Remember when you started dating your partner had motivation and pursued you. NC re-creates the attraction and motivation like before. If it happens it happens if not move on remember your the Prize....don’t forget that friends.

My ex broke up with me 4 months ago. We were together a year. The day after he broke up with me I started working out. I have abs now and it looks like I have a nice job lined up. I am taking a break to work on myself and grow to get my life together. I haven't talked to him or tried to text him. The only time I talked to him was to pick up my stuff. We didn't end on bad terms or anything. I still think about him and I still love him. I don't know if I'm dumb or not but I'm just working on me. It's really hard some days though but I'm still pushing on. Wish me luck..
you are doing the absolute best thing you can do right now. Working on yourself will help the most! Stick to no contact. My ex and I dated for a year, broke up and didnt talk for 8 months. I did the exact same thing - worked on myself and didnt contact him. Then, after 8 long months he came back. I didnt run back to him, I let him pursue me for 3 months. I finally decided to be exclusive with him again last night. Stick to your guns and do not contact :-)
You are definitely not dumb, but I sadly have the same mentality as yu. I feel stupid for still feeling so strongly about someone even after all the self help and no contact. It’s normal though, they were important to you, it doesn’t just go away in an instant. I realized that somewhat. It still sucks that it’s been months and I love her, but whatever. Time will slowly make those feelings go.

He has autism so he handles stress differently. He's still goin to school and I'm sure he's still pretty busy so I'm not sure he would want to get back together yet. I made every mistake when she told me she wanted to separate. Begging, pleading, lashing out which I now realize was not only wrong but me being quite emotional. Been a month and have watched countless videos here and by others. No signs of her wanting me back but damn I'm feeling so much better about me. I'm working out three times a week at the gym. Walking everyday sometimes twice a day. Reading, learning online, working hard. Focus on YOU!!! Trust me it makes a difference. Oh ya and out of the blue, I'm 55, went out on two dates with women 15 years younger than me even through this crazy lockdown. And let me tell you they were ego boosters. Talk about helping self worth. Listen, he knows what he's talking about. Truky listen. Everything works out in the end. YOU are worth it 👌 ❤

Come back to these type videos it is from the beginning of were i was. Watching these daily and all I been were you guys are, the anxiety anxiousness panic sad all waiting and all... NC will help you, and heal. It gets better and makes your mind clearer. It also puts your ‘crown back up. Off the floor. You got this guys. Yes i know. You dont want to move on you dont want to wait or anything. You want them back, well. My ex tried to come back to me many times but I don't discern any changes in him. He's still a manipulative person and I always wondered why I gave him several chances to prove himself as a better man. You reflect so much more in no contact. You get over them so much faster. I’ve been approached by at least 5 new men who are so much better. Only when you close the door is when you allow new opportunities to come

It has been 171 days now and I still feel I need more time of NC. It is for myself and even now listening to coach lee makes me calm every time. Coach word really help me through this healing journey. At least, I wanna live my life to the fullest 1st. For now.

She reached out after 4 and 6 weeks NC to drop things off. I played it as perfectly as possible after during before meet ups and I could feel the tables turning. I feel that I’m mostly over her but it bothers me that she went from being my best friend to not even viewing my Instagram stories/posts. I miss my “best friend” more than my girlfriend.

I’m actually that person that fights themselves so hard I actually get over the person and move on Everytime never realized I had been doing that since childhood due to repeated losses.... that’s just how I learned to cope/ heal my pain I give myself pep talks and examples of where I was hurt worse and still survived I do that day by day next thing I know I look up and it been a year or more later.

It’s been three weeks for me. I’m hanging in there. From what I hear my ex has never had a woman go “silent” on him. He doesn’t know what hit him. He won’t even tell his family and friends exactly what went down to cause the sudden break up. He’s embarrassed. He’s even too embarrassed to reach out to me. I’m just here paying attention to my daughters (they deserve the attention), working, doing the things I neglected to do for myself. Occasionally I post on Instagram about things I’m doing with my life and my daughters. Not necessarily for him to see the posts. However I know it still affects him. I’m hoping he’s ok as he’s a recovering addict. So this is a bit tricky. I refuse to reach out as he has a sponsor and family support. I’m here listening snd abiding to Coach Lee’s advice. It would be so much easier to enforce this NC deal if we weren't married and dealing with taxes. I stated the way I felt and so on after he left, but after taking my power back, I only discuss necessary marital issues such as taxes.

Hmmmm-After three years of no eyes on each other & that includes two years this month of no verbal communication. Yeah, man’s got a lot of “baggage” in his orbit. One day we’re planning his moving back in, twelve hours later, lighten struck-nightmare began. I’d say, it t appears he’s not returning. Would be great to see videos on come backs after a year or so….. thank you Coach Lee, your videos definitely great course correcting and next time.

I wish I had known about NC 10 months ago when he walked away from me with no explanation. It’s been almost 2 weeks now of NC and it gets better by the day. I am just waiting for the day when I am completely healed.

About 3 days ago my ex broke up with me, because he got a new job in a different state, and believed that the long distance was going to be too difficult. I watched some of your videos in the past, and I remembered about the NC rule. I immediately started. And so far I’ve been staying strong, keeping myself busy, and working on myself. But do you think it’s possible for my ex to rethink his decision. And decide to give the long distance a shot ?
Great channel ,i used the no contact rule on every relation till present , i learned that i should not wish her merry christmas or happy birthday and i had doubts about that .... But most of all i really DONT understand how can after she came to me ,i have to be polite rather then shuv in her face everything she promised me in anger .... I cant get over this ... Oh i should just be " you wanna get back together ,ok sure ".... That.s just weak from me....
This came at the time I needed it the most. I missed him so much today and almost texted him. 6 weeks into no contact. His friend invited me to Vegas and said my ex was going to be there but I declined. Turns out his rebound was there and they broke up on that trip. So hopefully he is getting to miss me 😄

I think what couch Lee said about the last reason is true . I broke up with my bf, after a month i beg him and said it was just a mistake out of anger. But he also said he dont want me anymore. Now, i scare to contact him because i feel he dont want me anymore.
It's been 10 months since the breakup, and 6 since I started no contact. She found a new BF right after I started no contact and moved back home due to covid. Not too sure no contact is going to work in my case, but it has helped me learn more about myself and focus on my own issues instead of spending every day worrying about her. Sometimes she pops up into my mind but not nearly as often as before.

I was hoping to see one more step in the video ‘Why hasn’t my ex come back yet’
At least three months prior to the break up, my ex began a relationship with someone, unknowing to me. It was primarily a texting, phone call relationship.
I was told in a text that our relationship was over. This new person was ‘finally finding my soul mate’ , that she was ‘all in’ with him and that she was so happy she ‘wanted to yell from the roof top’ of her new discovery.
Is there a realistic time line for my no contact( I just began it two weeks ago) or no amount of no contact would help.

Tomorrow is supposed to be the date of our monthsary at the same time the date we split for a month already. But i break the rules of no contact. Its been 2 months, and i actually moved on like 90% i found a new guy ☺️ we are dating slowly i think is time to move on. He is trying to keep in touch w my cousin ( she hates him and was confused aswell i was ). But he did not contact me. I really liked to have a closure like why he cheated on the first place so i could actually move on. But my current boyfriend makes me feel so loved and so special the confidence i gain from his behavior towards me makes me feel i dont need a closure from my ex. So to my ex i was mad and hated him but we spent 3 years together from up and downs and i really wish him to be happy he deserves it. Probably i needed that relationship to find someone better. He's not coming back, we had passion and love but, i was stubborn it was never enough.. but i didn't realise it was that intense I didn't realise how draining I was. What has worked is that, i have woken up and i have realised all these things about me and i can fix them, but i feel like he is totally done. He is someone incredibly mature he doesn't have any social media, he does what he says, and means what he says, so when he said "I still love you, but we don't work", i truely believe that. But I'm 99.9% he's compleatly gone.
Trust me you don’t want them back work on yourself and find a better person, learn from your mistakes and be a better person for the next relationship
Everybody is somebody’s ex. So there is no “better person” per say, and people can evolve and make better choices. Especially when they are motivated by the established bond they have with a person.

I agree. When you are dumped it’s like your brain goes into overdrive and it seems like more time has passed than it actually has. The hardest thing is it give it time but in the end it’s the only thing that will work. Stay strong and back off. The hardest thing to do is do nothing.

I think this advice is great but I do believe you are hurting yourself if you are waiting for them to come back. There is always a chance that they may never come back. That’s the painful truth but it is true that they may never come back. They might. But if there is that chance they could not come back then you have no choice but to try little by little to move forward. And that’s easier said than done for sure like it’s not easy to move on but the goal should be to move on more than getting them back. Because they may never come back and what if 8 months down the line they’re still not here but you’re waiting for them while they’ve moved on? That’s going to crush you. So if they never come back then you have no choice anyway but to move forward so that should be the goal. Don’t think about them coming back. Your goal should be to move forward to the next chapter of your life because like I said you can’t predict the future you don’t know if they’re coming back

Almost 3 weeks into no-contact and I was scrolling through snap chat and somehow clicked on my ex's snap chat and started typing gibberish and immediately exited out. However, I noticed after this she unfriended me on snap chat. So she saw me typing. Did I just screw everything up??!!
I feel so hopeless. I realized all the mistakes I made now and honestly I don't blame her for leaving me. She was very sweet and was insanely in love with me but I was an alcoholic asshole that had legal problems. At this point I just feel like I'm in denial and these videos are the only thing that keep me from having a panic attack.
I know how you feel dude. My problem was that I was a mental wreck at times (not her words) was struggling to deal with some decisions and I guess it pushed her away. We tried to make effort with friendship, but 2 months after break up she wanted to close that chapter of her life completely...mainly because she was in another relationship a month after break up. It tore me apart and all I could really do is focus on myself. It's been like 75 days since no contact started, but in that time you'll not only find yourself, but also discover new interests and re-invent yourself.
It's hard dude. But you WILL get there! Stay strong and don't let anyone get in the way of your dreams

We needed no contact. Things got too emotional and it was draining us both to the point it was affecting our mental health. All because we couldn't resolve an issue and the longer it went unresolved the more distressing everything became. It's been 4 months and I still miss her but feel loads better. We probably were not right for each other

Meanwhile I’ve been trying to follow the Break Up Kit...Here’s my take on No Contact & Long Distance: I was in No Contact for 3 months...well...he didn’t budge...after that I wrote a letter to speak my truth, finally let go & get some peace of mind...didn’t expect an answer, since it was solely about explaining how I felt and saying a proper goodbye...he responded...tried to stay friends & again I was the one putting an effort into it...but basically just felt like getting rejected over & over again...at one point it took him 3 weeks to even just reply with a few words...friends? Whom was I kidding? Total fail...back into No Contact 4 months now...suffered like someone had died...well, No Contact surely doesn’t work on long distance and stubborn connections...that’s what I found out & there was no fighting, no yelling nothing of that sort...I was super diplomatic, understanding & always polite & it doesn’t make a difference if you have known that person for 20 years either, which I did. He’s been in and out of my life for 20 years by now...moved away, chose someone else, got married, had a child...got divorced and was right back. 4th or 5th round in 20 years & every single time I went through the worst heart break...a true battle...believing all my life - he’s THE ONE...yeah, the one who can crush me like no other. And here I am, still hoping for a miracle! What a joke I am! Haven’t seen him in almost 1 year...you’d think that would be enough No Contact one can have LOL! Coach, I would have liked your kit to work for me, but it didn’t. I think long distance is a completely different situation. Communication is the one thing that keeps it alive. In this case no contact feels like the cowardly way around taking responsibility for one’s actions i.e.not having to deal with the other person at all & feeling safe by doing so, since they don’t expect to run into you by accident & they don’t see you at all. Also, if you are in your mid 40s & suck at social media, in other words...can’t be bothered with it, there is nothing left in order to even guess what the other person might be up to. It’s either direct contact or nothing. It’s pretty hopeless to be honest. And if you want to be a part of their life, well, guess what? You have to contact them🤷🏼♀️ you see the dilemma? I’d like to think I’m not the pushy kind & have the patience of a mule, but No Contact almost broke me completely to a degree where No Contact became my last resort...not of getting him back but saving myself. Yet Coach, I love listening to you...maybe things would have turned out differently if you would have accepted private coaching at that time...who knows...I still appreciated your advice & truth be told, your Break Up Kit brought some reason into this emotional mess. Thank you for that!
@@suze6083 I can only imagine what you went through with this whole situation and it's never good to see things end this way, but I'm not so sure if things would have turned out different if you kept contacting him, because you can't convince someone to fall in love with you. I'm not trying to lecture you since you bought the kit and you already know all the things you need to but remember the goal is to not give a shit, as counter intuitive as it seems. I also know it's a chewed out bone of a phrase in this community but you really deserve someone who you love and who will chase after you and it might not be the your ex, which might sound shitty I know.
My ex and I had great chemistry, grand plans, a deep emotional bond and broke up over some meaningless argument so it didn't sound real to me for months, then I learned that I need to look forward even if it kills me because even if I got her back with words it wouldn't last because the trust is gone. Also, my attempts at contacting her backfired completely even as I didn't beg. Sometimes it's just not the right person, even if your brain tells you otherwise. I won't tell you that there is plenty of fish in the sea because I really hate that saying, but I just want to reiterate that you deserve to be happy.
Me and this girl was talking for 1 month and a week everything was really fine and it was feeling so beautiful . She was telling how much she liked me and she always wanted to see me. Then after 4 weeks I became needy and weak . I was always tryna see her while she told me she had to work a lot the week I became needy. It's been over 50+ days of no contact with my very short term ex whom I dated for a month and she grew distant and indifferent after I became needy and desperate... @Coach Lee, my case is different. He tried to contact and reached over me when he just left while my anger was massive. After I left a month and a half, he seems moving on. No text, no call at all while I'm upsetting about it. Now, it turns to be me wanna reach him again but the point he was cheating on me. I still cannot cut him, any advice from you?
