Coach Lee, I was dumped a week and a half ago after 1 year relationship and I straight went to 'hell' experiencing all kinds of anger, sadness, depression and self hatred. During that period I heavily relied on your video's to survive each days. However as of yesterday i just suddenly realized , I don't need him anymore, is he even worth my effort to get him back? No contact works i was discarded few months ago I agreed with him but said that's not want I want but I have to respect your wishes I watched these videos daily and put the focus on me I am fit but stepped up the exercise from 3 times a week to daily after 8 weeks I got a text then the calls and trying to get back with me followed I am back with him now but I made him wait and he had to work hard to come back sit tight it can and does work thanks coach Lee very good videos.

Coach Lee, I have decided during no contact that actually I'm worth more. My ex is a classic Narc and wouldn't even need a diagnosis. Went days without randomly not talking to me, making me feel very low, blaming his depression for his behaviour etc. Always really mean to people making comments, striving to be better than everyone else. Had a big thing about famous people, always bragging about those he had met as he was a bouncer for 11 years. I've met someone else who is actually normal and respects me and we have much more in common. If my ex does return after no contact I'm definitely showing him the door. Anyone out there who has any doubt about getting their ex back for the same reasons, you are worth more and there is definitely someone else out there for you who can make you a million times happier xx

It’s bold to say “forgive”, because most of the time if you are successful to re-attract your ex, it means that you have seen their decision as something that is their problem and not in your control, so it’s easier to move past it and start again - but I have started wondering if I’ll ever be able to forget how the break up has made me feel 🤔
Dale, you have to. If you want her back she needs to be attracted to you. With anger and resentment she will not. What you can do is ask her what she has learnt from this, and also set some new standards. If you want her back, your only focus should be your own emotional attraction.
Coach lee, you mentioned a break up due to family and religion as one example of an exemption that it’s not a break up due to the fall of attraction. Can you do a video on external reasons for a break up? And what to do in that case? I understand the whole no contact thing and you give very great advice. In my opinion if someone do no contact for 2 or 3 months, they will be right back seeking advice on how to get their ex back that is now in a rebound relationship because the ex will be in a vulnerable state of mind, plus their friends and family will be convincing them to move on. Then you will have to go into no contact again because they are now in a rebound relationship and maybe less attracted to you due to being in a rebound relationship. I could be wrong just my vision

No contact works, but not always the way you expect it to. My ex reached out to me 7 months after the breakup. She called me drunk and crying and I picked her up and had sex with her in her bed where she soon thereafter told me she is still in love with me. I then find out she has a boyfriend. She told me she was going to tell him what happened and breakup with him. She texts me the next day saying that she realized she didn’t take time to get over me and she needs time to be alone. Havnt heard from her in another 8 months. I’ve moved on, but i still think about her from time to time.

Alcohol is what broke us up and six months later, that trust issue is the only thing keeping us apart. So, right on Coach, stuff takes time. I'm fortunate enough that we are back talking and connected anyway. And, at least we were clear about the issue, no tiptoeing through the tulips. I think age helps. Aaand, btw, for others reading, it took three months NC, she reached out, and after three months of casual texting i had a conversation with her which probably wasn't the best idea, so be super patient folks.
My ex broke up with me last September because I neglected her. Didn't give her the sweetness she's looking for, the care that she wants and thinks I've taken her for granted. She thinks I broke her as a person, created a monster inside of her, she had to self-pity and eventually lost her attraction to me. After a month of breakup she went into a new relationship and eventually moved in together. After a month or two together, it went south and she started to see me again. He broke my heart and all i feel like is crying, crying and crying. It's literally like I meant nothing to him, lik we were nothing, our 3yr relationship is nothing to him. Coach Lee, I have decided during no contact that actually I'm worth more. My ex is a classic Narc and wouldn't even need a diagnosis. Went days without randomly not talking to me, making me feel very low, blaming his depression for his behaviour etc. Always really mean to people making comments, striving to be better than everyone else. Had a big thing about famous people, always bragging about those he had met as he was a bouncer for 11 years. I've met someone else who is actually normal and respects me and we have much more in common. If my ex does return after no contact I'm definitely showing him the door. Anyone out there who has any doubt about getting their ex back for the same reasons, you are worth more and there is definitely someone else out there for you who can make you a million times happier xx

I didn’t get dumped, I left because of the lack of attention, lack of intimacy, lack of appreciation, etc... but it still hurts. 9 years down the drain. So I’m just over 3 weeks in NC - my worry at present is will I be able to forgive my ex for breaking up with me? It’s bold to say “forgive”, because most of the time if you are successful to re-attract your ex, it means that you have seen their decision as something that is their problem and not in your control, so it’s easier to move past it and start again - but I have started wondering if I’ll ever be able to forget how the break up has made me feel 🤔
Dale, you have to. If you want her back she needs to be attracted to you. With anger and resentment she will not. What you can do is ask her what she has learnt from this, and also set some new standards. If you want her back, your only focus should be your own emotional attraction.
Over time you will be able to forgive her ... give it time the anger goes away

I understand the whole no contact thing and you give very great advice. In my opinion if someone do no contact for 2 or 3 months, they will be right back seeking advice on how to get their ex back that is now in a rebound relationship because the ex will be in a vulnerable state of mind, plus their friends and family will be convincing them to move on. Then you will have to go into no contact again because they are now in a rebound relationship and maybe less attracted to you due to being in a rebound relationship. I could be wrong just my vision

No contact works, but not always the way you expect it to. My ex reached out to me 7 months after the breakup. She called me drunk and crying and I picked her up and had sex with her in her bed where she soon thereafter told me she is still in love with me. I then find out she has a boyfriend. She told me she was going to tell him what happened and breakup with him. She texts me the next day saying that she realized she didn’t take time to get over me and she needs time to be alone. Havnt heard from her in another 8 months. I’ve moved on, but i still think about her from time to time.

Alcohol is what broke us up and six months later, that trust issue is the only thing keeping us apart. So, right on Coach, stuff takes time. I'm fortunate enough that we are back talking and connected anyway. And, at least we were clear about the issue, no tiptoeing through the tulips. I think age helps. Aaand, btw, for others reading, it took three months NC, she reached out, and after three months of casual texting i had a conversation with her which probably wasn't the best idea, so be super patient folks.

My ex broke up with me last September because I neglected her. Didn't give her the sweetness she's looking for, the care that she wants and thinks I've taken her for granted. She thinks I broke her as a person, created a monster inside of her, she had to self-pity and eventually lost her attraction to me. After a month of breakup she went into a new relationship and eventually moved in together. After a month or two together, it went south and she started to see me again. I immediately accepted her back when they broke up but she kept seeing the other one. It didn't go well for me because I feel like she's testing the waters and I kinda put pressure on us. So she asked me if she can go back home to their apartment where the one still lives. I told her I can't be her backup and don't want to be friends with her so she can leave and figure out what she wants. Lowest part of my life. He broke up March 31st after a fight, and I tried to get back with him at 5.5 weeks into the break up, and he told me too much water under the bridge- move forward. Yeah, well come to find out he arranged the fight so he would have a reason to break-up in (since we rarely argued). Then, NC 5 months since that time. Two weeks ago saw my ex in the lingerie dept of a store with his new girl. He was shocked to see me, but did say hi and so did I. I gathered my composure and quickly left. Got to say that it broke my heart, but all of my questions got answered. She is not better than I am, but he felt that he would give up a 7 year relationship to be and stay with her. I did ship all of the jewelry he got me, back to him without a note. I just could not look at it anymore or anything to do with him and did not want to pawn it off. I talk more about that I’m my Emergency Breakup Kit. It’s identifying what went wrong, determine life goals/expectations (and if you two are both moving toward that for each of you), and attraction in general. That’s the basics.
