I agree. How can someone go from "i love you" one day and one mistake that you make, makes them fall out of love? Ghosting? Like- was your love really that.... Fragile? How can you love me one day and not love me the next? How is that love?

We're long distance, we've never met irl but we had smth special and we clicked instantly and shared deep connection. We've known each other for almost 4 years. The relationship was fun and healthy at first, but slowly it became toxic (mainly me) i have hard time communicate with her when she does smth i dislike cuz i dont want to end up fighting. So i just let it slide. My toxic behaviour mostly broke the rs. I sometimes speak before i think impulsively and she said i dont show her enough how much i care. In reality i have always loved and cared abt her to the most extent but sometimes i still fail to show it. She told me i mentally drained her and i have apologized to her many times and we just fought again last night so i think there's no chance for me and her. Sometimes i dont even know im being toxic until she points it out. I never cheat on her tho, i dont lie. Trust and loyalty was perfectly fine between us. It's just my behaviour that affected the rs. But now i realized it and i have apologized to her and actually working on myself to become better version of me before i love anyone else. And yes i feel like this pain will never stop but hang on there im taking one day at a time too. If you were the problem, pls sit back and realize what u did and maybe try and become better. If it's ur ex's fault, you need to wait for them to reach out and maybe they will fix the problems.

I just want to say I made mistakes at the beginning mostly pleading and begging to get her back, but she still eventually came around so don't be down on yourself if you have made any! On my situation, she has been hot and cold to me, and im still trying to figure out what I want personally, but their are some challenges in our relationship that can't be solved at the moment which is mainly long distance and not being able to see each other because of covid. I know it is tough for you, it was a long four months for me, but trust no contact it does turn the tables. Just remember it dosent work every time and their is no time limit to it, if you are feeling down or really thinking about her come back to these videos and lisin to them and take it a day at a time. Take a look at the comment section to cheer you up as well thats what I did. The biggest thing is to work on yourself no matter what. Don't sit down all day do something or try to improve yourself the best you can! It might be confusing when she reaches out to you, you might not even want to get back together at that point. But watch these videos it really does help and it helps you understand relationships a lot more then you did before. Best of Luck! Hello all. It is so clear that the culture of obsession with sex in today’s society is deadly, devastating and destructive. It has devasted so many young lives through the massive spread of STDs, people going through break ups/being dumped multiple times and through many other negative consequences. I am a born again (evangelical) Christian. The bible forbids ALL sexual relations or sexual acts outside of sexual relations between one man married to one wife. Following this prescription in obedience to God will save you a lot of trouble and heartache in this life. You can be born again today. You can escape this destructive mindset of modern society today. You can do so by turning to Jesus Christ today and asking him to forgive your sinful life and give you a new life. That is what it means to be born again. No matter how messed up your life is today, Jesus can save you and give you a new life filled with peace and joy. Jesus said unless a man is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God (Gospel of John chapter 3 verse 3).

Well, it’s interesting how much we all miss our exes. They dumped us and we still want them back. What could be worse than this feeling... There is a thing I admit from your videos: don’t try to get back your exes, instead DO no contact to let them go back to you. Like you said, actions speak louder than words. It’s important to set boundaries for ourselves. And it’s not a manipulation, it’s just giving them the opportunity to do whatever they want, without you. So no matter, it’s working or not. I believe it’s working anyway, cause you doing something, you DOING no contact. You creating boundaries. You improving yourself. You showing your ex that you matter. You showing your ex that you was a great man/girl in relationship because you are not chasing them, and next relationship be most likely for them a lot harder to end, cause majority of people chase ex after break up, and then, ex will think about you, as a strong person. Even if someone will dump your ex, that feeling will be even more intense. So you are 100 % right. Even if we all miss our exes badly, better just to disappear from their life. In any case you have - you’ll win.

I find the reason we obsess so much when being dumped has a lot to do with the ego getting dumped. You don't realize how much you your ego controls that part of you.

Coach you really pulled me through most of my heartbreak. I came back to these videos constantly when i was suffering. At times i could not even breath and these videos where the only thing keeping me here. Its been a couple of weeks since i started no contact and im back to my normal self. That's aweseome, Shawn Huff! Same with my parents. They got engaged after 2 mths of dating, married a few mths later. Still happy after 54 yrs together! In contrast, I've never been married and still trying to find what they have. I'm doomed. ha
There wasn't the easy choices of online dating then. There are so many choices nowadays, that everyone keeps thinking there is something better.

Definitive no contact is the way to go people, get on with life and if it's meant to be they'll be back and it's up to them to make up. Don't have hope, take all the time you need to heal and don't rush things.

Patience and building yourself is key. The amount of regret and sadness turned into strength and resilience will only prove that You survived and can survive a lot more. It's a huge dopamine hit and uplifting feeling. We got our power back. But work needs to be done. After that it's a win-win situation, no matter what is the outcome.

I've improved myself (already was fine IMO lol), traveled to the Grand Canyon, Vegas, Pasadena, Flew to Seattle for some R&R, and even got a new car! FOR ME, not them. 3-4 months out, and I'm back BETTER then before, with ANOTHER person who loves me. Yeah, ME! Don't need to look back if I don't want. Remember, YOU WERE KICKED OUT Of her life. Pick yourself back up, brush it off, move on. Millions of people who want to love you, just have to be willing to open back up. It's hard, yes. But if you gave yourself time, effort, and openness you WILL be better off. I realize he is a lier and I’m done a lot of times it’s hard to move on but it’s best to find other people to be with somethings are not ment to be when a person says just be friends or leave them alone do not wait on them I’m telling u it’s a waste of time and energy find new friends and things to do . Some people take others for granted just let it go if they come back they do if not them so be it . We all go through this but we have to move on and hope they come back if not back off . I recommend people to go search Attachment Style theory. Turns out i'm an anxious-preoccupied and acted out anxiety, feeling devaluated. She sensed instability and put up a wall between us. After five years of being on and off, this last try was the real one. We lasted 9 months and then he started to screw up. After a week of his bad behavior, HE broke up with ME. I was floored but I allowed him to have the breakup & did no contact for two weeks before breaking down & calling him casually. He did not care to talk to me on the phone and I’ve returned to no contact.

Unfortunately I didn't leave leave her alone for 3-4 days then after I left her alone and it's been 1 year and 3 months and she never reached out to be. It sucks but I fall in the 30% of no contract not working. What kept me going were your video coach Lee keep them up and stay safe. Lots of knowledge for my next relationship.

My ex broke up 7 years ago He blocked me right away then a month later him and his new girl friend was drunk and fighting and he called me saying how much he loves and missed me. This went on for 6 years they broke up and got back together again even though he was pledging his love to me. Anyway to make a long story short he stopped contacting me at all. He completely ghosted me and I think it's cause he don't know who or what he wants in his life. I miss him terribly but I'm still putting 1 foot in front of the other and still single all of these years... I may die single Idk. But at least I know in my heart how good I was to him and for him. His loss.

I stumbled across your channel recently during the current pandemic and I need some advice. My ex broke up with me a few months ago back in lockdown, I begged & pleaded which I am annoyed at myself for doing, some bad words were exchanged as I got angry, and he has now blocked me on social media but he hasn’t blocked my mobile number. I even made him a 3 course meal, bought him presents, and last week I waited 2 hours outside his house in the cold for him to get back from work. He hasn’t been horrible he’s just been very distant. He said we need to stop speaking so we can both move on, so he’s already expecting me to do the no contact, it won’t be a shock to him. We decided to meet yesterday and end things on good terms, he actually cried and said to me “we might cross paths again some day, never say never”. I have started the no contact rule today because I have been watching your channel and it seems the best thing to do. I’m just worried that he’s over me because he hasn’t been seeing me in lockdown anyway, we’ve only been texting, so he already knows what life is like without me. Good morning everyone, my ex-bf broke up me with almost 5 month now . I was heartbroken, crush , cry days and at night a cry myself to sleep .3 week ago we’re at the same bd and I give him a ride home . We talk and he say that he’s talking to someone now . He ask if I can wait for him 1 year and if he can’t find someone good sweet with a golden heart like me . He promise to be back with me and say that he will be all mine . honestly at the moments I was thinking to myself that maybe he forgot to take his medication. If any of you all are doubting anything this man is saying....throw all of those doubts and ideas in the trash. As someone who did doubt and went againts this mans ideals....he is right! Dont plead, beg, try to prove yourself. Give them what they thought they wanted. Or if it makes you feel better. Make them pay with the loss. If they come back. They really did and do care. If not...its hard to hear but its a lost cause. Accept it, be strong
Coach Lee, I have a confusing situation. My SO had been growing increasingly emotionally distant from me and I was basically chasing. Out of frustration, about 10 days ago, I said that I was absolutely tired of it, in kind of a snide way, and he stopped talking to me. I have been in no contact since, but given the fact that I said something snide (not nasty or disrespectful) about his having been growing more distant, do you think it is upon me to reach out? Or given the fact that it was clear his emotional attraction fell that he should be the one to reach out? My gut tells me it is the latter but would love your thoughts. Thank you for all you do.
Same ex broke up with me for the exact same reason exactly one year later to the day. Watched your videos both times and you calm my anxiety so well with your voice, wisdom and deep blue eyes. He said he isn’t motivated and depressed because there’s so much going on and so much stress but he bears it like a lone wolf. He doesn’t plan romantic dates and he becomes disrespectful to me in front of me and to his friends when he breaks up with me and says it’s because he doesn’t want to open up to his friends and take in their opinions in case it sways him one way or another. The difference between us is when the going gets tough, he runs, but I’m here for better or for worse. Is it time to give up hope? We’ve been together for nearly four years

Reasons 3 and 4 are relateable... She said if she followed her heart and feelings she would stay but her mind told her no. A month and a half of NC she unblocked me, we've had a lil chat.
I've noticed she isn't prepared or fully went over all the stages (so could be curiosity stage to unblock me).
So I said that I will hear from her when she's ready and took another NC.
It's almost 2 months we've broke up.
Time will tell if we can be as compatible as we were in the relationship. Time is a valuable ally I think... Hope I can eddit this post in a couple of months when it worked ;) or not but atleast I've learned 'bout the mistakes I've made and the improvements I went through.

Like I said my ex messaged me 2 days ago after 4 months of NC and we had a very short but sweet chat, all though we are not back together I am just happy that the lines are opened up again for communication. Just please focus on yourself and really do make the changes you need to in order to be a better person in this life and hopefully in your ex eyes.

Spitfire Nation to be honest it was me, Covid made me very stress because I didn’t know if I was going to be laid off and I had no idea how to pay my bills so I became very distant and emotionally lost connection with her, at the same time she was also stressed about everything going on so me adding to that stress and not being my normal self with her.
So yeah I have used this time wisely since then.
It’s funny, my ex reached out to me yesterday after 2 weeks of no contact. She had come to a place near my job with some friends, and wanted to see if I was still at work so she could see me. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I had left home a couple of minutes before she messaged me. Curious, what are some things you found really effective in helping you move forward until they eventually reached out again?

Well to be honest I started working out A LOT, I’m currently in the best shape of my life and the day she messaged me I posted a photo of me at the pool so I’m kinda thinking that she messaged me because of that 😬 lolol
But like I said working out is only a small part of it, I also did TONS of meditation to destress myself. I also found reading and walking in the park to be a good way to help focus the mind.
And of course Coach Lees vids have help a lot also.

What happens if one of them has to move to a different state for work related reasons and while they continue the relationship while being miles away, he/she realizes that it would be better to end it. So the brake-up occurs and she/he pleads and begs to find ways to keep it going and they say no. During the no contact time, they start to realize what they had and they come to their senses and they reunite once again. Then this happens again, where he/she decides once again that this doesn't work they brake-up once again and they cycle repeats all over again. And we are now at square one. What do you suggest about multiple brake-ups.

Coach lee I have two months NC and my ex told me look for someone else because he needs to take care his mom because she is ill. My situation it's no easy but I believe when someone want you back there is always a way to fix things. I don't know if this man will regret his decision one day.

Today makes 3 weeks of NC, she unfollowed me on Twitter but kept me on Snapchat. We don't look at each other's posts and no attempts made to reach out either. After being hot and cold due to stress and hormonal issues due to a medicine she's been taking, she told me that her feelings changed and couldn't do this anymore. I had been giving her space for the prior month and a half to give her space to handle her business. I miss her terribly, but as much as I've done. I can't chase her anymore.

Been over 8 months now. I've been doing pretty good since that rough few months after the breakup. I'm talking to someone new and its honestly made me feel pretty great. Tonight though I just got caught up in all the old feelings again. She only reached out once this whole time and I responded and we had a short conversation and that was it. Havent reached out and she never reached out again. I honestly think theres not much left. I still love and miss her but I'm just moving on. I sometimes fall back down into this rut though. I'm not sure why. Hopefully it doesn't happen as much.
Well it's been 7 months and we used to talk afterwards but I'm in no contact now. Great content! I hope to see great results!
