I practice this set often (with all the internal details for qi circulation) from the book and android app from your father and it's very amazing for back pain. I used to get back pain every morning but I practice this qigong as well as some hard qigong before going to bed and it fixed it. I will try your addition too. Tanks for sharing! By the way I also cured an old knee injury that gave me pain for decades by doing joint breathing and horse stance.
This really is a fantastic qigong routine. It's deceptively challenging to maintain the horse stance while practicing the movements. I can feel it's tremendous benefits just after a few days in strengthening the body and feeling healthier. And it's definitely going to help my Kung Fu practice too. Thank you ☺️🙏
I have never done martial arts I am in my 70s this is one of the best exercises I've ever done my bones are cracking but I'm slowing down I feel better everyday thank you❤😂

Lovely generous and kind presentation (Thanks for the White Crane hug). White Crane Soft Qigong reminds me of the Chan Mi Gong I learned which also involves undulating wave type motions, originating from the spine, that ripple throughout the body.
