I am really grateful for this video. It helps a lot at times of reoccurring physical changes and has seeped into my consciousness. I automatically find myself 'opening the basement' when needed. Following along to you is great! My interest in White Crane style has heightened and I look forward to exploring it further. Thanks so much for what you do and how you share it 🧡

I don't know why I got so winded the first time I tried this Warm-Up Exercise. It was so much easier today. Why do I feel so good after only getting through the whole video this first time? I really see the benefit in doing this everyday. Thank You So Very Much Shifu Yang.

Great video, I'm wondering about how to protect the knees while doing this exercise. Thanks!

Thank you for your question! Protecting the knees while doing this exercise may look like doing it with higher stances and less extreme twisting of the knee joints until the tendons are strong enough to withstand the pressures. Hope this helps! Check out new White Crane Soft Qigong video: th-cam.com/video/e2OaL46j-NM/w-d-xo.html

The algorhyythm is always late, but better late than never. I dearly appreciate everything YMAA has done for martial arts society, especially in the USA. Thank you for sharing this soft chi-kung with us. I only have a simple question. Is Dr.Yang your father? He is a very special teacher. With great respect, accept the thanks I extend to you, and the YMAA family.

Thank you very much for your kind words, Stefan. Yes, Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming is my father. I have been privileged with the knowledge he has passed on to me. It is my honor and joy being able to pay it forward and sharing this knowledge with the world now. With deep respect and appreciation, Kathy
