I don't know why I got so winded the first time I tried this Warm-Up Exercise. It was so much easier today. Why do I feel so good after only getting through the whole video this first time? I really see the benefit in doing this everyday. Thank You So Very Much Shifu Yang.

Protecting the knees while doing this exercise may look like doing it with higher stances and less extreme twisting of the knee joints until the tendons are strong enough to withstand the pressures.
