She brings a wide range of clinical experience and knowledge working in a Beijing hospital and in neuroscience research at Harvard Medical School & Massachusetts General Hospital.
Kathy has taught at the New England School of Acupuncture at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS University) and in other locations around the United States, South America and Europe.
Kathy is passionate about sharing her knowledge to help people attain health, well-being and balance. She is known for her patience and positivity as well as her depth of knowledge and joyful teaching.

This has to be the most longest drawn out explanation of the simple set that could easily be fully explained in 45 mins to a half hour . Dr. Yang jwing ming . He explains the eight pieces in minimal time . She explains only two pieces here in 50 mins lol.

I practice this set often (with all the internal details for qi circulation) from the book and android app from your father and it's very amazing for back pain. I used to get back pain every morning but I practice this qigong as well as some hard qigong before going to bed and it fixed it. I will try your addition too. Tanks for sharing! By the way I also cured an old knee injury that gave me pain for decades by doing joint breathing and horse stance.
I was looking for something for heat stroke. My friend got heatstroke yesterday. Yesterday was very humid and very hot. Oppressive, humid, super rare here in Minnesota.

Zhan zhuang builts qu?
Question if you have time - would this qigong be bad for me if I have excess cold in my body? I'm trying to learn about TCM and I doubt it, but thought I would ask. I have some complex health issues(a lot of musculoskeletal pain with unclear diagnoses) that I believe involve excess cold, but also damp that turns to heat(I think?).
