Some where it has been said thst elderly people should not use the ball. Is that so?

Thank you for your question. Each individual elderly person is unique and the answer will depend on their unique health condition. Having a ball may take away a person's focus from their sense of balance or awareness of alignment of their back and spine. So, there is risk of falling and risk of back pain. My general recommendation would be to start with no ball, or practice with less repetitions, or try sitting practice with a light sports ball, e.g. volleyball, kickball, soccer ball, and then closely monitor the progress. Hope this helps!

Simply sit securely in a sturdy chair with spine upright yet unrestricted. Perform movements slowly, with soft and grateful mindfulness. Will help physically, mentally, and emotionally. Warning: smiles may break out along the way! Chi Ball is fun for both young and old. 🎉
