    I love the down dog about posture for anger, well day 19 done and I'm going onto day 40 of the weight loss and I will be starting that one over I loved it that much. Sat Nam

    Sat man! Thank you for thus practice. This has been the only meditation that I had trouble maintaining the musta for. I also found it humorous that I became irritable with the feeling of the meditation never ending. Haha! Thank you Mariya!!

    a tough one, but I made it even though I was about to give up and put my hands down. afterward i was happy i didn't :) thanks for your great work!

    I can out so many times just because I love doing this outside but I can’t stand flies or any insects touching me

    I have a question, I have done all the practice from day 1 to 19... But I don't know how can I use this. for example I am anxious most of the time but there are two session for this from day one to 19th. Should I do release anxiety everyday or what ???? or just complete practise based on the program ? please guide me

      Hello, Fatemeh! The whole program works on the anxiety, stress and all common feelings. It is up to you how you want to do the practices, both ways are not wrong and you will feel great benefits! Sat Nam!
