    This is exactly what I needed. Have been watching your videos since COVID. When my weekly Kundalini teacher isn't available, your videos are my go to. I've been struggling with how to process anger, and this practice and your comments resonated deeply for me. Thank you.

    Thank you for wonderful practice. Such a relief. My chest was heavy last night and i know I need to flush out those anger and disappointment that burdened me the last few days. I googled kundalini for anger and then I found you Salimah. Such a blessing. Sat nam from Indonesia 🙏

    Thank you for this practice today. I have been experiencing severe frustration with self lately (I know my anger stems from deeper fear but that is another kettle of fish), the last part of "dropping the ego" in the Kriya was such a fantastic energy shift from tension in hips and lower back and focusing on that release really helped me dissolve the resentment. Loving all practices you teach and your calmness and essence is beautiful. Sat Nam 🙏 Australia ❤

      Hmm hard to say - we are all so different. A rule of thumb - when you sense a practice is more activating - practice in the morning (anything with breath of fire for example) and when you sense ca calming effect do that in the evening to wind down. Hope this helps. ❤️

    Can you talk like everybody can do that? What are you supposed to do if you can’t I know I’m not the only one in the world that cannot sit there and just curl my tongue but isn’t like a very common trait just so you’re aware but maybe I missed something
