    loneliness is becoming an epidemic in our modern society where it is increasingly more difficult to social, be accepted by others, or find your partner. We are also so busy that when the day is over we prefer the comfort of our home vs going out or socialising with friends and family. It becomes a chronic conditions. This three- part meditation will work on releasing the feeling of being alone or isolated. The first two parts of this kriya create an active seal of consciousness to bring triple changes: in the physical, mental and the totality of the being, working on the positive ego. In the third part, we address the negative ego. This is followed by deep relaxation. As negativity and loneliness are the highest in the evening, practicing this kriya before going to bed is best.

    That was a very self empowering exercise, as i felt quite hurt and the loneliness i felt uncontrolable to me, but after this exercise i felt a bit spacey, but very grounded.. I felt deeply in touch with myself right throughout the day, and this feeling enabled me to have positive thoughts. A win win situation! Mariya, your yoga classes are magical!!!     I feel very good after doing it, thanks and somehow since I’ve started doing it for a few days already, I’ve bumped into so many people lol and met more too.
    But I get sore on my hands and fingers for the last part.

    This one was very challenging for me. My body is still very limited and I felt a lot of pain on the sitting on one heel pose, also on the sitting on hands pose. That made me frustrated and impatient, but I will try again soon. Thank you, Sat Nam 🙏🏼

    Every so slowly advancing through this series. Curious the hamstring stretch felt good and sore the next day (in the pose of sitting on left heel while stretching out right leg). I am a man and very tight on the hamstrings. Would it be acceptable to try again, this time sitting on right heel and stretching out left leg for equal balance and hamstring stretch?

    Really enjoyed this practice. I feel so mellow now. The first part when the elbows are out my side doing the four part breath, I did in lotus and for the first time I could feel breath entering and expanding my lower spine. The one sitting on the buttocks I can feel the air in my upper spine. God lives in the spine, nice to feel the grace top and bottom. As always many thank you's
