It took me a while to find what works for me to release my anger and rage also. If you feel called to try other practices out, pillow hitting meditation (in conscious way) and dance naked in dark/candle lit room work wonder for me. I love dancing with the beautiful track of Vylana Marcus’s, it’s called PHOENIX ❤
Dealt with my dad's dimentia for three years and then my mom died 2 months ago from cancer and then a month later my dad passed. Now because of my severe ADHD I have moments of extreme rage. After doing this the first time i felt different. I'm going to continue this practice.. thanks so much ❤️
Thank you, Linda, for the exercise. I was not angry today, but there was a lot of it in the past. Started crying right at the beginning and continued throughout. Now I feel very nauseous, and it is not going away. I take it as a good sign of a shift.

I´ve had a pressure in my chest the whole day. Thought it was anxiety. Felt tired and suddnely SO angry! Found this, tapped so hard on the spot on my chest, and afterwards I started to cry. Felt amazing to loose that feeling and pressure! Amazing! Thank you so much!

Thank you for sharing this. Yesterday, i was in a really bad inner situation. I felt so much pain in my lungs and as if my heart was burning. So i did this exercise at night, i experienced so much relief and went to sleep. I slept very well. When i woke up, i was feeling waay better. So i chose to do it this night too, so as to get that relief and good sleep again. P.s. i recommend to express those emotions with other ways too. For example, telling about them to someone or writing them. Even meditating can help. I am using all of them in order to get good results. When you just bit yourself up everday and try to get rid of emotions while not caring about the message they are sending to you, it won't lead you to results

I woke up to severe neck pain, my partner accidentally threw away my contacts, I was fighting over text with my brother... and I was ready to submit to my anger and let that color the rest of my day. I started crying within the first 5 minutes and I feel ready to move forward with purpose. Thank you so so much, I've never been able to make peace like this.
this was so simple of an action yet so difficult in the state I was in. I gagged a few times. but also felt sleepy after. thank you for all of you work.

This released my anger but also a lot of tears from the relief. T_T Especially hearing and repeating those words at the end. "Your emotions are not you, they are yours. You did a great job." So many people have gone their whole lives carrying so much emotional weight. It's really exhausting. But these days I'm really trying to rewire my thinking and reparent myself. It gives me a lot of hope. Thank you :)

If you say you’re not an angry person you probably have a problem with anger. I didn’t think I was angry but it turns out I was fucking raging
