This is absolutely needed. I think anger is stored fear that you havent dealt with. You let the fear grow and take over, it turns to anger inwards and outwards and makes the path forward harder to see. More of these exercises please! ❤ 🧘‍♀️ 🕉

Thank you so much Brett. I am so loving that I have found you and your practices. The allowance to lend into this anger that was stored in my body was very profound. As I connected to the anger I saw myself really small and the anger really big. As the energy flowed through the practice I felt this shift and saw the reverse of myself growing in power, strength and beauty and the anger tiny. I could feel that I was taking this anger all to heart, literally could feel this in my heart. Now there is the space to reclaim myself, my heart magick and align once again to my true north. Much love to all of you divine souls. In gratitude to you all. Love & Thanks 🥰😍🤩

I appreciate you sharing this practice. Anger and the fire element have always been the biggest challenge for me on both sides. Either having had way too much in my life and or not letting it out. I really love how you guided this practice and I will be returning to this video for sure. Thank you again.

Thank you Brett for this powerful short kundalini class for anger. I was not feeling angry this morning but I did it anyways cause I always try your new kundalini classes after they come out. I love all the breathing exercises in this class looking forward to trying it when I am angry and seeing how much it will help. I have a longer kundalini class for anger that I do that helps a lot but it longer and more intense so I don't always have the time and energy to do it. So glad you posted a shorter class for anger. I will add to my favorites and come back to often. Thank you Brett, have a blessed day ❤🙏

I can't wait to start utilizing this and other workshops. I recently bought one of the courses in chakras too ..
Once I get over this cough, I will get to it. I have been harboring a lot of anger, frustration, and resentment with my current job.... Over 10 years.... And I've been with them for over 14 yrs. I want to let it all go.

The first exercise was particularly challenging in that blowing out through my nose required me to keep a tissue nearby, plus many times my breath wanted to come out of my mouth so it kind of sounded like I was growling.
I had to adjust my seat to something with more friction in the 2nd exercise because I was sliding off.
Holding my breath in the last 2 exercises was extremely difficult because it was creating a desperate feeling for oxygen. Is it necessary to hold our breath for that long or can we just go to our personal maximum? A couple of times I breathed in a small amount of air, then held again.
